Took my wife and kids to Olive Garden on Eastman Rd to celebrate Mother’s Day. Arrived approx 4:15pm, was seated immediately. Food was great, service was okay, they were very busy so the level of service was acceptable to me. However, what wasn’t acceptable was the condition of the men’s room. The urinal was out of order, full of urine and overflowing. The restroom was very unkept, both trash cans overflowing, both toilet paper dispensers were broken with part of one lying in the floor, the other tastefully duct taped back together. My wife commented that the infant diaper change station was broken and if she didn’t hold it up with her hip, our 6mo old would have rolled off and onto the floor. I consider Olive Garden one of the more expensive, nicest places to eat, it’s shameful that they don’t address the one place most people go when they are dining, that’s the restroom. We had a great dining experience. The food was fresh and hot. The waitress, Brandi brought us fresh hot bread sticks as soon as they got cold! She also put fresh cheese in our salad and chicken alfredo. She was very attentive and offered us a bottle of wine for 15.00. One of the best waitresses we have had!

I have patronized this restaurant many times. But tonight my food was late and only warm. They were not busy. Three tables who came after me received their food and well into eating. Mine was still not delivered. I asked for a condiment and it never came. A refill on my drink was not offered. In fact the waiter never came back to my table after the semi warm food was served.
