We LOVE Nutrition Zone! So thankful that Kim brought a place like this to Paducah. 32 calorie Christmas tree cakes, uh yes please! Also has amazing smoothies made from fresh ingredients, teas, meal prep options, grab and go healthy meals, and tons more. There’s nothing in the area that’s even remotely close to NZ. The best! MUST go.

Awesome!!!! So grateful to have a place like this in Paducah, Ky. So much variety of juices and smoothies and grab and go goodies. Absolutely love the donuts, brownies and all the sweet treats. Guilt free eating at its best! But the chaffles, chicken salad and wraps and much more…..YUM! I can even preorder meals for the work week. I am their new biggest fan. Owner bends over backwards to make your visit great. Thank you Kim and Nutrition Zone!!!

Nutrition Zone is a great place to take a load off, get fueled up on good tasting nutritious snacks, and purchase some art! Kim (the owner) is an amazing lady who supports all sorts of great local causes including promoting local artists. I highly recommend you stop in and pay her a visit. It will make your day!

If you haven’t been go now!!!!! This place is great and you can get anything you want even if it’s not on the menu! This morning I was really indecisive on what I wanted but I needed energy and I love a matcha latte but from other places they aren’t so healthy so I got exactly what I wanted it’s better for me and it tasted so much better and now it’s hitting the menu! Go see her y’all she is amazing!

I stopped by for an almond joy protein smoothie, which was amazing. I was given some white chocolate peppermint cold brew to share with my coworkers and WOW, it was even more amazing!! So delish as is and didn’t need any creamer. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and stop by this amazing place! Every flavor of smoothie is delicious and refreshing, especially with this crazy heat. There's so much to enjoy here, from local art to homemade soaps and journals. You can even pick up treats for your pets! I love going here and am so thankful Kim has a place like this in Paducah. Her business even supports a local nonprofit, so your money is going to a good place AND you're making a healthy choice. Nothing but a win here.

My smoothie was better than I expected and the chicken salad was the most tasty considering the few ingredients. I highly recommend this little gem for a healthy choice.
