Ordered a white chocolate raspberry bundt cake to celebrate my sister's birthday. Unfortunately when we opened it at a Charlotte restaurant at the party, we found that we had been given a lemon cake, not the white chocolate raspberry bundt cake we ordered. I called and was asked to send pictures of the cake which I did and I was told the manager would get with me. The next day, having not heard anything, I called again the clerk had some one named TJ call me back. I discussed the issue with him and he said would call me back in 15 minutes with a resolution. He never called back.
Given the lack of customer service and quality control, I cannot recommend Nothing Bundt Cakes.
