Good chicken ramen, bao and poached eggs are among the dishes to be ordered at this place. Taste tasty cheesecakes. Delicious whiskey is a good choice for the first time you come to this spot. The cosy atmosphere of this restaurant makes visitors feel relaxed and have a nice time. The creative staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The professional service is a great advantage of Nosu Ramen. Fair prices are what you are to pay for your meal. Google users are quite generous with this place: it was granted 4.5 stars.

Best food, drinks, staff, and owner! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Golden, not just because the great atmosphere. I love the incredible delicious food, all ingredients are fresh and you can tell because everything is so tasty. Some of my favorites are the Miso Ramen and the Bao Buns. 💯 recommended! The place is inviting and comfortable and the service is personal and attentive. The ramen is good, but on the unorthodox side. I had the spicy chicken ramen and liked the poached egg, pickled lotus root and shishito peppers, but I found the huge slices of pickled ginger to be unnecessary. I was also surprised by the sweetness of the kimchi. My recommendation is to expect a twist on the traditional cuisine. This place has been one of my favorites for years. Every time I am in Golden I make sure to stop by just to say hi, and to always enjoy whatever beef option is on the menu. The house Sake is a great standby, and I always appreciate how friendly the staff are to chat a little bit. For me, the consistently great food, kind and fun people, and good drink make this place a constant I love to be at. I’ve been to Nosu a few times and it has been amazing each time. My girlfriend has a nut allergy and they’ve always been so accommodating. The atmosphere and drinks are great too! Cute place, decent music (although a little loud), and excellent service and food if you’re looking for some hearty Korean comfort. Braised chicken ramen is incredibly spicy, but delicious. I love the addition of shishito peppers - they are a perfect pairing! The chicken katsu plate is also made very well and is tasty if you’re not in the mood for a broth kind of dish. While the ramen tastes fine, I wanted to warn takeout patrons as the restaurant clearly does not know the diminished quality of their product due to how the consistently container their noodles and broth. First of all, their broth container lids have a hole in the top, causing the broth to liquidate the bottom of the bag as it jostles around. Second, the ramen noodles are placed in a paper takeout bowl, where the paper actually fuses to the noodles and gets into your food. Gross. See picture attached, as I can literally turn the takeout bowl upside down and the noodles are clearly stuck adhered to the paper bowl. We called the restaurant to warn them and their feedback was “we never have heard of this before,” so no constructive conversation to try and better their takeout options and simply wrapping their noodles in Saran Wrap or something other like all other ramen shops do. Sad display of management.
Came here for the first time, and the atmosphere was super welcoming! The food however was very mediocre. The chicken I got was super dry and the rice was pretty hard. The only thing that was good were the dumplings. I don’t think I would return. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We LOVE having this restaurant in our little town of Golden! Killer happy hour (you must get the soup dumplings and blistered shishito peppers), with house made cocktails. Ramen is delicious, we get the braised chicken ramen (spicy 🌶️!). Always great 90’s hip hop and r&b playing 🎶 Fun atmosphere. Casual. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

We came for happy hour (ends at 6pm, includes 3 apps and 3 cocktails). The pork belly buns were good! Buns are open buns with fluffy white bread and a couple of sauces. The soup dumplings were fabulous!!! Highly recommend the dumplings (we got several orders). The gin fizz was very refreshing too :) Casual and friendly. Would come again if we could! This restaurant is amazing. The atmosphere is nice, the food is really good, and the servers are great! There are some bar seats and tables to sit at depending on if you're in a group or just a solo diner. I'd highly recommend the Duck Ramen, but all of the ramen look delicious. Their karaage is also very crispy and delicious as well. I was in Colorado for a week and ended up eating here twice because I absolutely loved the food. Would highly recommend trying this restaurant!
