A good place to stop and have a cold one. Friendly local place to relax enjoy some Pool , dart's or bar games. They serve food made fresh by the owner. Family owned.

One of the most underrated bars in Dubuque. They serve food late and the chef (kixs) has some great skills. Seats are comfortable and the air smells fresh. They also put seats outside for the smokers enjoyment. I met the owners and they have the nicest attitude unlike most stuckup bar owners in this town. 10 Stars if I could. The food and prices were good, and the service was friendly. There isn't space for an out of town couple (definitely not a family) to really feel comfortable. Seating is limited. Noonan's is a tight space with a tight knit group of patrons singing along with the jukebox. I could see this as a fun stop on a night in downtown Dubuque if you're interested in being really really close with local frequenters. Service Take out

Great food and even greater price. We had a blast visiting with the regulars and the drinks were perfect. We highly recommend this hidden gem. I took my girl friend Julie R. and she was very impressed with the service and made to feel like the most important person in the place. Thanks 😊

Bacon jalapeno poppers were great, the wings on the other hand.. not so much. Cold, rubbery, and no sauce despite ordering spicy, didn't quite taste fully cooked. If the rest of the food is like the poppers and the wings are just a fluke, I'd highly recommend this place. If it's the other way around, I'd try somewhere else. If you're looking for great bar food locally, Jumpers has yet to disappoint.

So disappointed... Burgers are small. Supposed to be 1/2 lb burger and no way they were even a 1/3 lb. They literally only were half the size of their buns and as thin as a McDonald's hamburger. They were way over cooked and dry. I got 4 mushrooms on my mushroom and swiss. My daughter got 5 mushrooms. Canned mushrooms at that. Ordered deep fried mushrooms and got 8 no bigger than a nickel. They were not fried either. Not sure what they did to cook them. The breading was falling off being dry like. However the flavor was good of the 4 I had as I shared them with my child. Will never order from there again. $30 literally in the garbage as long as I get my money back from the cheese nuggets that I never got.
