Food was some of the best I’ve had in Arizona so far. The pricing is super reasonable. The portions are on point. My pork chop was cooked to perfection and had a glaze that was 👌. Service was friendly, fun, and overall fantastic. For my 1st visit here I wasn't sure what to expect. But let me say, it wasn't a disappointment! Service was amazing, restaurant was extremely nice, classy but not stuffy! The food was delicious and well prepared, well seasoned and large portions. The lobster bisque with the inflated crust knocked my socks off. I will definitely return. First visit here and everything was wonderful. The food, the atmosphere, the wait staff, the server. Amy was amazing and so so sweet! We will be back even if it's just for dessert and a laugh! I was served a delicious Espresso☕🍸Martini, the Crab🍽️Cake had a perfect kick of spice to it, and the complimentary bread🍞 🧺Basket included 🧈 a variety of four types of breads from pretzel, sour dough, cheese, and regular flour. Always wanted to come try this steakhouse because it’s called 1986 steakhouse and that’s the year I was born. Well today I brought my husband for Father’s Day. We sat at the bar area and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious and the service was the best of all. I honestly haven’t had this kind of great service in a very long time. Everyone from the hostess to our waitress to the gentleman who brought us the bread and the guy who brought us the Father’s Day rose. It was my first time at the Desert Diamond Casino and I had to try Nineteen 86 because it looked special and the reviews were gleaming. For my appetizer I tried the crab cake and it was presented so nicely and tasted very fresh. The pan seared salmon was tender and flavorful and definitely worth ordering even at steakhouse. Friendly service and overall a wonderful restaurant for a special occasion, birthday or date. An excellent quality steakhouse with very reasonable prices! This place prioritizes service. From the hostess to Matt at the bar to Rafiq, our server. They made our dinner special! We started at the bar while waiting for our table. Matt gave us great recommendations and answered all our questions. Highly recommend the Blueberry Lemontini and the Ice Wine. Dinner - the food was cooked to perfection! The sides are definitely big enough for sharing! We had the Chilean Sea Bass, 8oz filet, the Brussels Sprouts, and the Mac & Cheese. All fantastic and good portions. So, so good! Rafiq surprised us with a complimentary dessert for our anniversary after the meal as well, which was absolutely delicious and thoughtful! On my wife's birthday I decided to treat ourselves a fine dining place. Nineteen 86 Steakhouse has redefined fine dining for us. We were pampered by the amazing staff team especially Amy from the beginning to the end. The food look, smell, and taste wonderful. We even got a small birthday surprise. Reservations were for 615pm. We got our food at 745pm. That's the best part of the experience. The shrimp was so rotten it would make the weak of stomach barf on site. That's should of been a sign to leave, but we waited so long we were committed to hope. The food came out, all of our food was cold, the butter was cold too the baked potatoes it was not melting. How do you come out with a cold baked potato, 3 of them. There was 4 of us, we held our appetite thinking we are going to go have a 5 star dinner, this was not our first time here. In fact the first experience was great. The Wait staff admitted the chef was on his last week of service. The cold food was not edible, and we didn't want to complain and not pay. For myself and my gf the bill was $170 we tipped $40. The manager came out with her less than hear felt apology, the place was not that busy and she refused to go to the kitchen to smell the shrimp. Buyer beware at this place, they need to clean it up. In this case you DO NOT get what you pay for. I tried to go home and warm it up, it posed me off so bad I decided to write this review.
