Ordered vegetarian food from the vegetarian section, looked at the allergy information of there was egg in the dishes I ordered, there was nothing in it about egg. In other dishes it clearly stated egg in the allergy list. When the order came there were shrimp crackers and egg in one of the dishes, and egg and meat in the other dish. When we called about this, they told us it was our fault for not writing in the comment section we did not wanted meat or egg in the dishes...
They did offer to make us new food without these ingredients. But I would never order here again. The food is not what it says on the menu and they were very rude on the phone.
I can’t even tell what the food tastes like as we have been waiting for already nearly 3hours since ordering. I can eventually understand that they are busy but there are limits to the extent of time one might wait!
