The chicken tasted great and was affordable. The customer service was top-notch as they took care of me quickly. The atmosphere inside wasn't the best as it's a very old building that could've been cleaner. However, the atmosphere would've been a bigger issue had I dined in. Food looked ok. Customer service was lacking a bit. They weren’t really paying attention and gave me something I didn’t ask for. Overall it was 4/5 for me. I stopped through on the messiest of rainy days. The dining room and parking lot was fairly empty. I went inside and was warmly greeted. The young lady took my order quickly. Everything was served and boxed hot and fresh. The food was for other family members but they both enjoyed their meals. No complaints from me! The chicken was very crispy and tender, but the potato wedges were greasy and soggy as if they were fried on too low of a heat. I had to come back home to air fry the wedges to make then crispy. The Mac and cheese is not the Mac and cheese you would expect. It is wannabe pasta with tomato sauce and a layer of melted cheese crust without any seasonings. Would go back for the wings/chicken, but not the sides. This location was very busy around 3PM on a Saturday. The decor/seating inside took me back to a different decade.

Nothing is as good as it is to be, but dag mountain fried! It was Dry....overdone... not fresh and seasoned with just salt. I refused to throw away almost 20$, so I hooked it up with some bbq n put it in the oven. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I visited here after church. The food, as always, was very good. The servers and cashier were rude. The food is served cafeteria style, as I was looking to see what I wanted. I noticed the peach cobbler was empty, so I asked the server if there was any more. She didn't answer, I asked again she still didn't answer. I went to the cashier to put my order in. I asked him if they had any more Peach cobbler, he didn't say anything, just walked away. When he came back, I asked again, and he said very rudely, "Mam, I just put some over there." Pause. The Mac & cheese was absolutely disgusting. Who mama made that??! Lol. I actually got the tender dinner and they were crispy, but chewy?. The fact that everyone is raving about this place and calling it the best chicken in town has me appalled. I liked the wedges. I had to give 3 stars for that runny disrespectful Mac & cheese 🤢 but y'all got it smh. Honestly wouldn't rush back.

My mom said the food was good. It is customer service. The guy at the cash register did not smile at all and he had a dry and unfriendly attitude; he tried to rush you through the ordering. My mom was asking one of the servers about the cobbler and she got no response; so I had to ask the server again before getting a response. Customer service goes a long way.
