To start off, I want to say how AWESOME these employees are and their team work is. Holy smokes. Came here on one of the busiest Friday nights I’ve ever seen in a fast food place. These employees worked so diligently, hard and effectively given they were 100% swamped with orders. I need this GM to know this is an amazing crew. These employees are working their butts off and it was so extremely busy in here! I saw how hard the crew was working to do their best to get orders out and correctly. Please do something nice for these amazing crew members! 10/10 recommend this Moes. I usually prefer restaurants over chains! But we were shopping in Hamden, and decided to stop here for lunch. Bowl was tastier than I expected. Chips were freshly made and were on house. My husband ranks the Moe's for food (fine), but I like this location for its big, clean dining room. We were able to sit toward the back so no one was bothered by noisy kids. ordered a few items on uber eats, about 10 minutes later i see my order was cancelled without reason. so i decided just to call the store and see what was going on. manager jeremy picks up the phone, i ask what happened and he tells me they’re out of steak. i say “oh okay, so do you have the birria available?” he tells me yes, so i then ask “so if i resend my order through, and change my meat option to birria you guys will be able to fulfill it?” and he tells me yes and to do just that. lo and behold i do just that, and 10 minutes later, MY ORDER GOT CANCELLED AGAIN. i’ve never had a problem coming inside this store and yet it seems as though they just didn’t want to be bothered with an order over an hour before they closed. simple communication is all i ask for honestly Service Delivery Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I knew it was going to be a gamble eating here when the first thing I saw was no protective barrier behind the counter. Every pathogen and particle that enters the front doors can easily get into the food. Proteins looked severely dried out. I saw steam coming out between two of the 6 pans and understood why. For those that don't know, steam does heat up food (and should only do so on a very short-term basis), and it also can dehydrate food by the molecules vibrating until they evaporates from the heat. Food also looked like it was made many hours ago. Tacos are definitely overpriced. Rice bowl with spicy chicken only have a flavor profile because of the jalapeños. Located in the Hamden Plaza off RT 15, exit 60. I probably will never return, but maybe you'll have a better experience if you're willing to risk it. The costumer service was great taking my order i had to ask for the garnishment be refreshed lettuce, ect some of them they didn’t replace because they had nothing to refresh them with but they were all old . Got my order and the ice machine had mold and hair in the ice 🤮🤢 i got a refund and the employees had no urgency to place a sign on the fountain machine for out of order . customer service experience was horrible from the very beginning and I didn't even set foot in a restaurant I made a mobile order to my house and I received my order all completely wrong I pursued to reach out to them and their number was not even in service. days later it finally worked reached out to the manager multiple times with this back and forth about my refund that I never received. Now I have to continue wasting my time and I'll call my bank to dispute discharge because people can't simply just do their job correctly or maybe they just don't care I ordered a steak potato bowl with extra steak and I received little bits and pieces of steak no potatoes and a bonus rice how wonderful. I would stay away from this restaurant till there is better management and they have a better train crew.

I'm literally sitting in the parking lot still I just opened my bag of chips and literally it's not even it's not even halfway full with the chips that they give you I got a bowl which that's what I normally get always and the chips aren't I can literally count there's probably like 15 chips in here and the server was high as a kite you could see it she didn't mess my order up but she's definitely high as a kite this place is falling off so I don't know what's going on with her or this place Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Bowl
