If you’re reading this, YOU MUST GO HERE! Best cocktails I’ve had in Saint Martin! The atmosphere and music is also perfect and you get a nice breeze and view of the surrounding area! Me and my wife came here to grab one drink but we ended up ordering a few from how good they are! The bartenders were SUPER nice and very skilled! I asked for them to make me a drink that wasn’t on the menu and told them to surprise me and it was absolutely delicious! You also must try the True Love! I’m a huge fan of gin and they had an amazing selection of gin cocktails. We will definitely be back here!

My husband and I have been here a couple times during our last 2 vacations to the island and I only have great things to say about it! They have a DJ on Friday nights and the place gets busy and fun.
Everyone was just enjoying life and enjoying the moment, it was contagious. The drinks are truly a work of art and you can tell the bartenders take pride in each drink they make. The last time we were there we were lucky enough to be able to sit and talk to one of the owners. She told us about each drink and all the work that goes into them. It was pretty amazing. The Holy Waterz drink was probably the best drink I've ever had!! If you're looking for a fun place with great staff and incredible drinks then this is it!
One day for drinks after dinner one night. The waiter was extremely nice, but it was understaffed, so he was running around and not the most attentive. The drinks were insanely good and beautiful, but expensive. The music was really fun but no one was dancing. Overall a great drink and great atmosphere— expect to hang here for at least an hour even if just getting one drink.

Alex was more than accommodating to our group!! My mom and friends celebrated her 60th birthday and the night was absolutely amazing. The staff is fantastic, very friendly, perfect location and view. If you’re looking for a comfortable place with a great atmosphere, Mimosa Sky Lounge is perfect.

Slow Cooked Short Ribs
Went for NYE. They charged us 50$ as an entre fee. Thank GOD for the DJ. He was THE BEST. (Techno, house music) He was so nice and played requested and new songs.
The prices for bottles of alcohol and champagne were decent. The ambiance is 🔥, people were dacing, laughing, enjoying their night. We had an amazing view of the fireworks 🎆.

We were in town last weekend and wanted to hit as many spots as we could, but ended up spending multiple nights here at Mimosa Sky Lounge! The open air rooftop is amazing but the cocktails and bartenders are even better. Their mixology skills are some like I’ve never seen, so every drink we ordered was different, complex, and just as good as the last. We had a blast sitting at the bar while Max, Amy, and Alex kept us entertained for hours. I would highly recommend stopping by Mimosa earlier in the night for a more intimate experience or showing up later in the night to see the place firing on all cylinders!
