First time here. Onion rings were delicious! Hot, fresh and crispy. Ordered the soup and taco salad combo. Chicken tortilla soup was really good but was lukewarm. The taco salad was yummy, I ate every bite. The sweet tea and lemonade were some of the best I’ve had in Houston. The restaurant had really friendly and fast service. You order at the counter then they bring it to your table. The dining room was very clean and the free ice cream was a nice touch. I’ll be back! Busy place on weekends. Food is good. Service great. Nice relaxed and casual atmosphere. Great place to bring kids to. Try the grilled chicken sandwich- it’s good. Have outdoor Patio seating too. Pretty good fish wasn't fried hard enough but the flavor was there it did a dance in my mouth with the tartar sauce. The fried chicken of course super tasty full of flavor. Green beans and Macaroni and cheese lack luster missing flavor. A bite of the chicken made the green beans and Macaroni and cheese made it tolerable. Will I try again? Maybeish. Not. First time visitors. Wasn't sure what to expect. The environment is relaxing and the food was really good. I had pulled pork tacos and they were delicious My wife had fish and shrimp dinner that came with slaw, fries and rings. She topped it off with an Oreo ice cream shake. Mia’s Table in Houston had delicious food. I had the Mississippi fried catfish, fries, and coleslaw. The fried catfish was tasty. There could’ve been more whole fries. I enjoyed the free ice cream. Order as you enter. Self serve drinks then Sit and be served food. And at the end there is soft serve ice cream. Better food then I was expecting, doesn't taste frozen. Its fresh. The elderberry drink was awesome, you can't find that everywhere. We finished off with some banana pudding just like Grandmas home style. Very cute place. Fabulous hickory burger and chicken tenders. Make sure you get the frozen lit lemonade and mix it with the mango frozen drink too. Kid and dog friendly patio. And kids get free soft serve ice cream! Went on a date here with my boyfriend, we will definitely be back when we’re in town next! Nice atmosphere. Slightly confusing to enter and order. It appeared at first glance to have to counters in which to place your order. The portions were nicely sized. Fried pickles were delicious!
