While my visit to McDonald's in Sittard wasn't exceptional, it was still decent. The service was average, and the food met the usual standards. However, the ambiance could use some improvement, and the cleanliness was not as impressive as expected. Overall, an okay experience. People, it is McDonald's, not anywhere close to gourmet. They usually get orders right, you don't have to wait that long unless there is a game on, they are quick with special orders. Sometimes the burgers are cold and the cheese isnt melted, which indicates that they are made in a rush. Out of 20 times I've been, around 10 times the cheese burgers slice of cheese was cold, square and hard. Service Take out Price per person €1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Spacious Macdonald, not too crowded (it's a plus for me), clean. I didn't waint long, but my order was one from 3, so they didn't have much work :P After 3 p.m a lot more people came. Its a really nice place for me and the kids to grab some food. The service is great and the staff is always friendly and positive towards us. The fact that they also offer the possibility for kids to play in their playground adds a even bigger plus. Great food,we have never experienced any food we ordered to be bad in some way. The Mac D app can sometimes bugg and the points doesnt fall out when ordering. But it was fixed straight away with no hesitation from the staff . It is always nice to not get what you order. Out of the last 8 visits 6 contained wrong special orders. Me reading my order on screen to see if it is entered correctly did not help, because it was entered correctly. I had to throw a burger away times because they contained allergens that would result in me getting pretty sick. And swapped a burger one with my daughter because aparrently "No pickle" also means "just meat and a bun, nothing else" My advice is to drive on to somewhere else if you want the stuff you order.

came for breakfast stood in line for 20 minits when it finally was my turn they made me wait longer because too manny people i waited and finally at 12:01 i was allowed to get in and they wouldn't serve breakfast annymore i asked politely and did tell them i haid to wait longer and they couldn't serve me breakfast i quietly left with the worse feeling i was about to cry for the way they took care of this if i were manager i would have taken the conaideration but i guess store policies make them refuse worst morning in 2020

Waited for 20 min in the drive thru at the designated waiting place. Multiple cars passing us coming from the drive thru while we're waiting 20 min for our order ?!
