I hate this McDonald's. They cook for a very long time, even when they don't have long queues. Burgers are served crookedly, one part of the fries may be too salty, the other without salt at all. Food service is horrible, once, I was served fries without trays, and half of the pack spilled out onto the serving table. When I asked to change my order, they refused and said that it was normal. Yes, it is normal when the food is on a dirty table, where millions of everyday hands have been. The next terrible incident was when I asked to add ketchup, and in response waiter threw a handful of ketchup up my nose and said something rough in Russian. Maybe because I'm a Ukrainian, but with this woman I spoke in Polish. If this is the issue, then this restaurant has a problem with nationality discrimination.
