In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer tasty cheeseburgers, sandwiches and pies here. As many guests state, iced coffee is really good. In my experience with ones up North and down here the service and food overall are impeccable. The staff at this particular one is amazingly friendly, kind, polite and on top of the game which is why I gave them a four star rating. Like most places however all it takes is one bad apple to spoil it for the rest and that is why it wasn't a full 5 star rating. There are two specific staff, both management, one unfortunately the actual manager who are awful. I have worked in customer service my whole life and had I dared treat regular customers like my family and I have been treated I would have been fired immediately. Your customers are what keep you in business and your regulars should be getting treated with a slightly more special level of service for being loyal customers which means them regularly spending money in your establishment. That is not the case here and the owner of this particular franchise is supposedly the one encouraging the piss poor behavior from his managers. If we come in there 8 times a day and say just charge our phones some.of those times BECAUSE we are good customers I don't expect to have your manager walk up to me, speak down to me with an attitude and disrespect not to mention the fact his exact words were that we couldn't keep leaving and coming back...huh? So are we supposed to move in? Is this not what every customer does? I don't care what issues your having with other people coming in there that's not with us, we are daily good paying customers . You need to take up your issues with those people and not treat everyone the same. You do indeed have cameras so you can clearly see who is a problem and who is treating the environment and the staff with respect...oh yeah it's the regular customers you were so rude to FOR A SECOND TIME. I'm tired of trying to brush it off and just not say anything to keep the peace and affording you and the owner with grace while you treat people like trash and God forbid you were to say anything because then your banned and the cops are called. Everyone thinks the area I come from are an awful bunch of snobs who just naturally mistreat people? They'v have nothing on the individuals that do business down here. 2 cars in front of me in drive thru. I waited 11 minutes before I even pulled up to speaker I was promptly greeted with a “please wait to give your order” at which time I waited another 8 minutes. After finally getting to the window I paid and sat for another 6 minutes before I easiest to pull forward to a parking space and at which time I politely said no and that I would wait at the window for my food. In my experience from this location, the food gets walked out and the person doesn’t wait to see if the order is correct or if you need condiments or anything and that is why on this occasion and the amount of time spent I said that I would wait at the window(forget that drive-thru time score) I’ve just spent 27 minutes in your line and didn’t feel like spending another 10 while other customers would be getting rung up and getting service inside while I’m waiting. The manager on duty Sunday 10-8-2023 needs more training especially on de-escalation and safety of staff. He cussed at me because I said no to not pulling forward, threatened to throw something that was in a cup in me and into my truck spitefully rang up more customers before processing my refund. The final non professional act was this guy throwing $2.36 in actual coin change at me through my car window after I had snatched $11 in paper bills out of his hand because he was acting as if he wasn’t going to give me my money. To the district manager, regional manager and owner I would just hope that you read these reviews and work towards righting some of the things that are beginning to look like bad habits. This McDonald's just could not seem to get my mobile order correct today, first of all I had to pull over for at least 15 minutes, I ordered Chicken nuggets, and a cheeseburger, I am pulled over waiting for my items and the girl keeps coming to my vehicle with the wrong order! I had someplace else to be, after her 3rd attempt, she came with two orders of mc nuggets! I just accepted them, but I was incensed! Have your food prepared, instead of making customers wait unnecessarily!

Paid a visit over the weekend. They showed an attitude as if the customer doesn't pay for food. As a matter of the fact, they seemed not caring anything at all. This is the oddest McDonald experience ever experienced. Hard to understand if they don't care about the business, why they are opening business. After reading the other people's review, understand such behaviors are common for them. Should go to a different McDonald's or restaurant. Service Dine in

Manager was a idiot. I ordered a curbside and waited at least 15 minutes so I moved my car to go in. My order was just sitting there and he said there is no one in the space so we didn't take it. Great McDonald's location. One of the best fast food breakfasts with hash browns, biscuits, and breakfast burritos. They also have amazing lunch and dinner options with chicken nuggets and fries that are next to none. You can also order ahead for pickup at the store. They also have handicap accessible restrooms, parking, and seating inside.

Ordered a fish filet combo with a SWEET tea. What I got was an UN-sweet tea, bread cheese tomato sandwich with FRESH fries! I didn't realize i had a tomato sandwich until I got to my destination at Michaels. My last time ordering there. You can’t get everything wrong but FRESH fries!

When we arrived there was only 3 other cars in the drive thru. We ordered 3 drinks, a coke, iced mocha latte, and caramel frappe. First we waited like 10 minutes to be able to order. After ordering it took them another 10 minutes to get the drinks out and they only had 2. They asked us to pull forward having to wait another 5 minutes for a frappe. Then they gave us one straw. After we left we noticed they either tave us a flat coke or a diet one cause it taste horrible. So yeah this place sucks. I guess 3 drinks is just to difficult for 4 employees.
