The food was good when we received it. It wasn't a line but we still had to wait to get our food from the drive through which didn't really make sense to me. Overall the lady that brought our food out was pleasant and courteous, food fresh and hot. I'll be back when I stop through that way again. Ordered well enough before close to be able to get my item I ordered. Pulled in and there are cones in each drive way and people were behind me. I had to drive around the machines to try and talk to someone. I was greeted by a kind and understanding young man, however, the manager- did not care about my situation or getting all these customers their food. The manager was literally hiding from me, I heard him talking to the young guy in drive through trying to “translate” and make this poor boy do and job he isn’t getting payed for. I had to ask to speak to him several times. I really wasn’t being hostile at all- but I was upset. The manager clearly did not want to talk to me at all and seemed annoyed even though I was communicating in an adult calm manner, I was just upset. I tried explaining and being kind and he didn’t care and was clearly annoyed. Never coming back and I do NOT recommend trying to do mobile orders here. Service: 1

I don't eat McDonald's breakfast too often but whenever I do I always get the gravy biscuit combo with a side of scrambled eggs because it is just amazing together my opinion but I was in a hurry on my way to work and I ordered the same thing I ordered every single time all to get to my job site and it be a burnt folded piece of egg me personally I don't eat folded egg it's either over easy or scrambled. I don't know why they were even invented in the first place but my opinion I ended up having to wait didn't get to eat breakfast was starving didn't get to eat took it back for the girl at the registered to tell me that that was scrambled egg and me open up the box and show her that no ma'am there's no gravy on these biscuits and that is folded egg it turned my stomach when I opened it to enjoy my breakfast so I took it back and asked for a refund why can't we get what we order Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Cashier argued with me for 5 minutes about them not having a deal, when it was being advertised on the screen right behind her. The place was a dump in terms of cleanliness too. Tables were filthy, homeless people were sprawled out sleeping on the seats of the tables. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broke. This location I go to often, however they have a panhandler issue here. Some will even block the drive-thru so they can ask for money. But now my concern is greater do to the cleanliness of the food. I am done ordering from this McDonald's. I have always ordered the same from there, burgers. Always been made right until recently. Now everytime I order, my burger is always covered in onions, even when I order them plain to keep them off. I am allergic and I'm tired of the mistake being made over and over. Last 3 weeks. Every burger has been made with onions. And drinks have been left out of our orders too. I don't know what's different now, but I've had enough. Went through drive thru for lunch and I was rung up for wrong order. Then they forgot to give me my happy meal had to go back in to get it. Our frys was super soaked with grease and very soggy not to mention the hair found in one box. The milkshakes were very soupy. I had orders a 2 cheeseburger meal my bread was soggy and for some reason the sandwich tasted sour. Will not be going back to this McDonald’s. The line was so backed up I just drove away and didn’t even feel like bothering with asking for my food to be fixed. I was so frustrated after that I didn’t even wanna see what it would be given the chance to fix the order. The staff really seemed every where with no order of operation.
