We were just passing thru on our way home, and They were so nice and accommodating. Hot water cup for baby bottle and Mac sauce for mommys dinner. Didn't haggle me or sigh with annoyance. Thank you. You made things so much easier for me as a traveling mother. Food: 3 Service: 5

Lady who works the drive through in the mornings is just rude and cuts you off before you can finish. Just bad vibes tbh, not a great way to start the morning. I'll be keeping my business at mantatee ave where the employees are so nice

They were swamped but courteous. I have a firm rule, WHEN I go to McDonald's drive thru. I must check!!! My order in the bag, it seems 3 out of 5 times they leave something out. I lost my head at the nice way they treated us. Got 1 mile out of the druve thru, no fries for our 4 meals. Must have fries. Headed back. Re upped with fries. Had a good meal after that. Burgers a little colder. Still like to go to McDonald's. I just forgot my rule.

Staff was far behind on orders and the wait time for the food was at least 30 minutes for a simple burger. Drive through line was from east Flagstaff to Phoenix. Food was cold and the register couldn't get any orders right. Horrible atmosphere with everyone waiting for their food. McDonald’s continues to have a hard time creating and serving food that appears and tastes anything but mass produced and assembly line made. That being said it’s hard to take off stars when the average person knows exactly what they’re getting when they eat at a McDonald’s. Service was friendly and the speed was adequate. McDonald’s does do Diet Coke well. From store to store Diet Coke remains a consistent produced commodity.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was doordashing around 9:20 pm and got an order for McDonald’s accepted and then went through the drive through for the order. The lady working said go around and park in the front by the lobby and I’ll have someone bring it out for you. Which they never did despite waiting for them and having the phone against the window. Anyway we called support to have them call them and give us the order. They did not answer and another agent called and still no answer. We decided we waited long enough and went through the drive thru and told them if they did not have the order they should have just said so we didn’t waste our time. The manager sent her worker to tell us the order is ready after 35 mins and i said can you send your manager over here to tell us, why the order was not sent out in the first place outside for us to delivery. The manager Julie said “you can read my name tag front here hun” when I asked her name which I said I can’t see that far. Anyway she continued to say “hours are different next time call the store” which I replied I contacted support since I’m just a driver and they called twice two different agents. Then she said “ don’t come here for DoorDash then it’s just that simply.” Which I replied if you can’t get a grip on what’s going on then cancel the order or just tell the next driver you don’t have it, so we don’t waste our time, can I have the workers name and your card so I can call corporate because I have never experienced anyone so rude like your staff.” Which is said “no, we don’t have cards look it up on google.” DO NOT DoorDash here and if you have had problems please call their corporate office so this don’t happen to other customers or door dashers because it’s honestly just rude and fast food is literally customer service. Customer service is hard and this manager Julia was one of the worst managers I have ever met including her staff expect the drive thru order taker. The two staffers covered their name tags when I asked their names and the other things Julia said was unhinged. The food was really good just if you don't like yoyr Oatmeal very runny ask for easy cream on it. The service was standard, thr atmosphere was good just people around may have things that aren't good for some people's ears. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
