I go to this McDonald's because it's convenient near my job and because they are pretty fast. But it's always something wrong my order ...I really like the coffee from here the food not really cause is so fake that's why I get a simple sausage mcmuffin no cheese! And they always add cheese and this time the coffee sucked it looked more like cream with water. And they added cheese to my sandwich and after I repeated my order 3 times. I was intrigued by all the news stories about, The McDonald’s testing a highly automated location. So I drove out of my way and in the end, it is still fast food. It’s not fully automated, it’s rather a place with no in-room dining, and there’s the rub. It seems as if we are slowly moving away from community - a place to gather and share laughs. I visited the drive thru at McDonald's on Las Vegas Trail on Fort Worth at 11:30 pm Mar 3rd ,2024 the lady taking my order was nice but the guy at window didn't know my order and asked me what was my order and I repeated my order and the guy forgot my drink and was just standing there looking at me as if they were done no sir you are forgetting my drink for my combo and decided to have me drive to the 3rd window just have me wait 2 min for a drink that was made at the 2nd window where I was just at. Went thru drive thru tonight. Lady took my order and has us wait in a spot I asked her for sauces for nuggets and ketchup. They forgot them. Inside was close d. Knocked on drive thru window, and girl was extremely rude. Useless location. Your flagship store is an ugly mess... went 7/25/23 this is the half filled and old fry they gave me in my drive thru order. Next time they should just say we don't feel like making fries so don't order them or they'll come out like this. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to... flagship my behind. I understand this is a new concept store. But when the hours state they are 24 hours, and at 12:15am all the drive thru stuff is turned off and employees hanging out in the parking lot, it's very misleading. We are used to late night dining but this location, on numerous occasions, towards the "end of the night", either completely messes up the order or doesn't care enough to do a job they are probably being paid too high to do. When you do get service at night staff aff is typically rude, messes up the order anyways, then argues with you when you pull back thru. Numerous times I've shown missing items from the receipt (if they even give you one), and they argue with you about it had to be in there and that as the customer, must be lying. Would NOT recommend this location for late night and do not pay attention to their listed hours as they are incorrect too. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I do not understand how a McDonald's can offer frozen drinks and their machine always is out of order. Stop selling them if you can't provide. I am so sick of going to this McDonald's and they are always saying our machine is down. Will not go to this McDonald's again and I know several others that won't go there anymore either. Food is always hot, made (McDonald's) fresh, ready fast, and the service is great. FYI, no dine-in option and parking can be a bit challenging. I prefer this location over any other in west Fort Worth. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Best customer service EVER!! Gerald came in clutch! I placed an Uber eats order to feed my kiddos and forgot to "customize" the burger for my very picky fit throwing 5yr old and didn't have enough funds to place the order twice and wait for the hold on my funds to be released. So I couldn't cancel and pre-order. I called the store directly and made my special request and Gerald said he'd take care of it personally. Thank you Gerald!!! Very rude and won't back to this location. They messed my order up had ordered 5 McDonald's. 2 plain and dry. All 5 was there but 2 wasn't plain and dry. I went back around to get the order corrected. The lady stated I put all 5 in there. Then another lady came and I showed her all 5 with everything. Then she proceeded to tell me the other lady said 2 was missing and I said no, 2 are not correct after she handed me the correct order. As I'm driving away she had the nerve to ask me for the 2 back, I told her absolutely not. I know this area is horrible location but come on I ordered a few cents short of $20. Felt very apocalyptic picking up food from this McDonald’s. I ordered on the kiosk inside because I wanted to experience this new McDonald’s concept. I honestly didn’t love it. I ordered on the kiosk which is slow and takes forever to check out. It took about 10 minutes for my order to get delivered to the window. There are 2 gender neutral restrooms and a bar top to wait, but that’s about it. After I got my food, I went back to my car and had a staring contest with the homeless man sitting against the building, which made me feel terrible. The fries still weren’t fresh so I guess this is just a drive thru McDonald’s.
