The automated ordering thing can be tricky if you are trying to make specific requests. They also forgot half of my order and I didn't realize until I was home. Every time I do pickup, it feels like a total chore. It's worse than the drive-thru, when it should be about the same or quicker. It feels like pick up is the last thing on staff's mind. It normally takes like 5-10 minutes to get pickup, which can run me late for work. Even nights, when I get pick-ups, it still takes 5 minutes when the drive-thru is empty. I cannot gave them 5 stars or something because we did not get what we ordered coz we trusted them that what we ordered is what we get. We came in their drive through when I and my family(husband and 4year old daughter) with our bikes so we didn't have time to check our orders. It's fast food, the expectation is already garbage - but they are never ready, regardless of time of day. This is an emergency only convenience. Expect to "pull over there" if you're in the drive thru and wait a while longer to get half of your order of fries and hour+ old burgers. This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's around. Ordering through the drive thru takes forever because you have to speak to a machine. When you finally get to the window they make every car pull off to the side like they are saving some sort of time by doing this. In reality it just drags everything on longer. Meanwhile, there is absolutely no one inside the store eating but yet it takes 15 minutes just to get food. Getting a raw burger was the final straw for me, I won't be back. The manager came up to me harassing me about my water cups saying I can’t get a fountain drink when I was just getting napkins, she also isn’t just mean to me but other people too. Terrible manager with a bad attitude for no reason.

It would easily be 4-5 if I wasn't greeted with AI at the drive thru. I get McD's maybe two times a year. So who cares if they lose me. But I think I'm not the only one that's gonna stop showing if Siri takes over order taking indefinitely. Service for us is always a hit and miss. One day we go in and they get it perfectly right then next time they get order completely wrong and we are asked to pull over to a stall for awhile. 😞 Food: 4 Service: 3

Everytime I go here they always get something wrong. They NEVER put napkins in the bag and apparently can't put the lids on correctly. I got a hot fudge sundae and they didn't put the lid on correctly. It spilled all over the car and cup holder. I also got a iced Carmel mocha latte, the robot gave me a regular mocha. The mocha also didn't have the lid put on correctly and tasted like straight dirt. I got a large and they only filled it 3/4 of the way. I guess I just paid for the cup and not the drink.
