I understand it’s Christmas Eve, but the drive through was not that busy (no line pretty much) and there were a handful of cars in the parking lot. I also understand we had a large order so being asked to pull around and wait was not a problem. The problem was that they gave our large order to the wrong car. The lady came up to our window with other bags and said you had the order with such and such. I said no and handed her our receipt with everything we ordered. She still proceeded to bring us another order which wasn’t ours! The poor girl could barely speak English and continued to insist it was ours, even though it was one bag. She handed me the bag and I asked if this was all of our order. She said yes that’s it. I told her it couldn’t be because we ordered several sandwiches and a 40 piece nugget. Plus the top was a chicken sandwich, which we didn’t order. I handed it back and she gave that bag to another car! I’ve worked in fast food and once you’ve let another customer rummage through a bag, you need to remake that order. How unsanitary to give someone else an order you let another customer touch. Now we’ve had to wait 30 minutes for an order that frankly was not that difficult. We had a couple sandwiches, two large fries, and the 40 piece nugget. Not an apology. Nothing. Absolutely atrocious.
