Took over 10 minutes to get food that was extremely old, cold, and too salty. I know it’s a fast food place but to serve food that is stone cold, old, and stale is not how it’s done. This is the last time I give this location my money. The burger was cold and shriveled. I took one bite and am throwing the rest away. The fries, cold, wilted and nasty. The mcchicken way too salty. Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. No one at the front counter and had to be told to go up to the front to take our order. Order was taken and given out about 15 minutes later, which wouldn't have been a problem had they not forgotten half our order. People in the drive-thru were waiting 40 MINUTES for their orders. Second trip up to the counter to get the rest of our order - STILL didnt get all of the order. Third trip up to the counter and finally got it, by that time, the rest of our food was cold. The manager _ shift leader - Haley - was extremely rude to customers and couldn't manage or train her crew and shouldn't have been left in charge.
