Every time I’ve been to this location something has been wrong. Also I came here not long ago and either their ice cream machine was already broken (go figure) or for some reason they had none. I haven’t eaten inside but I had to go in to fix my food. Where are the drink machines inside? Why don’t they have any, can you not get refills?

Was "greeted"(""greeted"") after standing at counter for over a minute when the restaurant had no other customers inside this morning. One car was in drive through. I placed my online pickup order at 6:59 am and arrived at 6:25. I waited until 6:35 before deciding to leave the restaurant and never buy from them again as this was the third bad mcdonalds experienced I have had in a row. They never asked my name order number or what I ordered. The same young black girl that "greeted" me was playing on her phone as I left.

The service here is horrible! Three times in a row, I've had issues. The young black girl that works the night shift has the worst attitude and the Hispanic older guy (manager, I think) is very rude. They can't get it together at this location. Tonight they ran my card twice for one order. After thebyoung guy ran my card, he gave it back, I pulled to the next window where the girl with the bad attitude came and asked rudely, "did you pay"!? I told her to go ask the guy that took my payment. He came and told me I paid then the manager came and told me I didn't pay. He never said the guy only charged me for my drink but kept saying "you didn't pay, I still have your ticket"! I will just drive further to another location for far better service.

Asked for no onions. It was covered! It was all cold including fries & nuggets. Order was not put on the mobile shelf. No one acknowledged I was even there for 10 minutes. We are done with this location. This is not the first mess up. We were excited it was close to us. Need a Burger King there.

I went to get an egg Mc muffin, I asked for well done, they gave me a burnt one. If I wanted a burnt one I would have asked for one. And they don’t give you a receipt.

On Sunday, FEB 3 2024, the service wasn’t good. The people working at this location, some were caring and others didn’t care about messing up your order.
2 hamburgers and medium fry, and they put cheese on it, which I didn’t ask for a cheeseburger. I always have to check my order in the parking lot, and this location got it wrong once again.. Thank you night shift :)
The drive-thru worker was confused on what I was wanting at the drive-thru and I asked politely to remake my order. Inform them at the 2nd window and he manager crosses his arms and makes a little laugh out of it.
Very professional people working at this location but my service will no longer be given at the McDonalds location off Chapel Creek with managers who don’t even correct the mistake.
The crew member had to go out of his way and correct it while the manager stands there crossing his arms not doing anything but smiling when I told him this happens constantly at this location! Terrible management and needs to be informed by upper level management before they ruin their reputation even more with improper leadership decisions.

Well today is the 2nd time I get sick from eating their food, usually I'm skeptical but note I understand why people leave bad reviews. I'm actually worried they might have sabotaged the pancakes since I was eating it and halfway it just had a funky flavor I had to spit it out 2 hours later im puking. Lesson learned, even after the fact that they robbed me, my order was 7.48 somehow I thought she said 11.48 I gave the lady 12 dollars for her only to return me just the change I caught it after I got home but I figured ill let her know tomorrow since I was late to work but I doubt I'll be returning.

I stopped by for the first time at this location. I asked for bbq sauce with my nuggets when ordered them. At the window I asked again if there was bbq in the happy meal. The gentleman said let me check. Asked someone else and they said it was in there. Guess what ? I get home and there is zero bbq sauce. There was also no straw from my tea. There was no receipt. This new location could use some improvements. The gentleman that gave me the food was polite. Just didn’t follow through with making sure everything was there.

When this location first opened the service was great. Then the corporate owners left and a black void of customer service appeared.
Good thing there are other fast food places on the way to work.
