Although the food here is fresh and warm, the service here is EXTREMELY slow! Yesterday I went to McDonald’s at 4 pm cause I’ve been seeing that scholastic traffic is asinine and getting to McDonald’s to wait 40 minutes for a meal is a waste. When I enter the establishment, it took them 30 minutes for the cash register to get my order. Seems like the cash register does 3 things at the same time and that could be the reason why service take long. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Always a terrible experience. Wrong order, overcharged for something i didnt order nor receive, and all of it was cold and made with no care at all. 0 stars.

Just a normal McDonald's great service and they hurry up. it offers indoor dining and they also offers you to order ahead. There's some tip I recommend that's to order a double cheeseburger with Big Mac sauce technically it's a big it's basically a Big Mac for less than the amount of money.

They close at odds times, not the ones here or on their doors. No use in ordering via the app, nothing will be ready and you will still have to do a line if they feel like it. Avoid at all costs, probably the worst MCD in the island. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After to night...I will never step a foot at this mcdonalds... I cant even find the number for corporate and they never answer their restaurant phone. BEST ADVICE IF YOU STILL VISIT HERE...RECORD UR VISIT AND TAKE PICTURES OF THE FOOD AND NEVER THROW AWAY RECEIPT!!!!! I ordered a McCrispy Chicken deluxe in combo. They gave me my fríes and bottle of water and said they would take my sándwich to the table. I finished my fríes and drank more than half of my water and my sándwich never made it to the table. Manager asked for my sándwich and apparently they gave to some one else. Horrible service wouldn't recomend this place. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

They always get the order wrong. They gave me the bag today and it was full of grease, messed my pants up. When I got home, my fries where nowhere to be seen. Also asked for sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets and they ALWAYS give BBQ sauce. Employees are overworked and stressed. Ever since the new drive through got installed, they’ve gotten worse. Not coming back, prefer the McDonald’s in Aguadilla. Service Take out Meal type Lunch
