The truth is that you will really like tasty cheeseburgers and good chicken nuggets. Based on the visitors' opinions, coffee is good. Clients don't like ice cream at this fast food. A lot of reviewers mark that the staff is energetic at this place. Disappointing service is what a majority of people underline characterizing McDonald's. My pregnant girlfriend asked for a McFlurry, was not mixed up asked for it to be re-mixed. Gave it back they all laughed inside and mixed it with the spoon given with no gloves. Then the proceeded to hand it back. Asked for a new one shut the window and laughed with no response for 2 mins asking us to pull forward for the next customer. Terrible experience

Restaurant was totally empty, which was fine (it was 6:30pm) but being empty I would have thought it would have been cleaner. The tables were not cleaned and the floor had stuff on it right where you ordered. Staff was nice. Couldn't understand the woman who put our bag on the counter. We had ordered our food for dine in so I wasnt sure if it was ours. I asked if it was ours and someone else said the number. The spanish music playing was a little too loud for the woman to hear me ask her what she said and she was busy singing anyway. They were nice enough but I did feel like I was a Mexican restaurant and not a McDonald's in Dubuque Iowa lol. The food was very good, my burger was ordered without onions and it was correct. My son's burgers were ordered plain and were also correct. And my husband said his daily double was one of the best he had ever eaten. Fries were very hot and grease was clean. Food really was very good. If the store had been clean and they had the Spanish music turned down and someone speaking clearly that handed out the food I would have given a 5. But overall very good and it wasn't dirty enough that I would complain but when the store is empty I would have thought it would have been spotless. Good food outweighs the bad though! They constantly mess up orders, could be that it's because none of them can read or speak English. Never thought I would see all of these places hire illegal aliens to work in a center American town. Service anymore in the last year or two has been terrible absolutely terrible. When you place an order you never know what you're going to get . I've did this multiple times sometimes you get egg on a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin sometimes not.. sometimes you order multiple items and get half of what you ordered.. this is not about race so let's not make it the race thing. But if you can understand English you probably shouldn't be working the speaker.. and if the owners are reading this hopefully you start to consider this Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was a great experience. I was the last customer fully expecting poor service due to the time but they treated me with respect and gave me the extra chicken nuggets they had leftover and I really appreciate the gesture. A little over two weeks ago I ordered a McChicken and paid extra for bacon. When I went to eat it there was no bacon on it. Went inside to sit down for breakfast, employees refused to take my order. Only 3 employees, place was a complete mess. Dirty tables, drive thru backed up with 20 cars. Double lanes packed, maybe if you paid well and didn’t treat staff like garbage you would have employees. At least the manager was actually helping out, got that going for them. Went to Hardee’s, hot food in 3 minutes. Amazing how much harder employees work when you show them appreciation and pay what there worth.
