December 31st we stopped by on our way home from the park and ordered ahead, we customized all but one of sandwich’s (for the kids)and they were all CORRECT = no complaints from the background😋👍 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

We were in the drive thru lane for 40 minutes. They served 4 people, saw how long the line was and then just closed without telling anyone in line. Wasted time and 25 miles worth of gas waiting for them. Literally worst service ever. Service: 1

An employee refused to honor my "Deal" from the official McDonald's app on a discounted meal offer. I am disappointed with the service I was given. They would not give me a reasonable answer other than, "it's not working." And refused to honor the prices. I had to pay the regular price for the meal and was diddapiunted with the service I received here. The employee did not care about my satisfaction in the matter. Ordered through GrubHub and when order arrived, it was completely wrong. Instead of 1 Quarter Pound with Cheese Meal, 1 Deluxe McCrispy Meal, and 1 2 Cheesburgers Meal (with 2 shakes and 1 Coke as drinks), I got 3 cheeseburgers with no pickles, 1 large fries, and 1 Sprite drink. I first called GrubHub and then, called McDonalds. Someone at the restaurant answered, but then quickly hung up. Tried calling several times, but no answer. Worst customer service ever. Will never go there again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went inside for a mobile order and one employee asked my code. Told him. Then stood back and waited. Then a few mins later the other cashier asked if I’m DoorDash and what’s the last three. I wasn’t, and I already checked in so I said “no” and he said “you still need to check in” and I said “I already told the other guy” at which point the cashier then mumbled “I’m not going back to prison” and then continued to loudly complain about my “attitude” which I didn’t have until I was treated this way. Will NEVER come back and suggest you do the same for your own safety.

I've been sick for several days and the only thing I've been able to eat is chicken nuggets (pathetic, I know). Two days in a row these heathens gave me nuggets with NO SAUCE. The dark curly haired GM needs to be fired! After a customer complained he threatened her and called the police! After I stated I would like to make a statement on her behalf when the police arrived he threatens my job since I was wearing my work shirt! He incredibly abusive and there is no place for him in the customer service industry. I don’t care if it takes a year I’ll follow every step with the franchise and corporate until he is reprimanded!!! The police refused his no trespass threat but I will never be back!!

Place took forever to make two cheeseburgers and four medium fries . When I got the burgers they only put one pickle on each ! Asked for extra Carmel on the frappe and they didn’t do that they stood there acting like I was incompetent or something. Very rude, we get attitude most of the time we go, there food is barely fresh, they ignore you when you try to order food a certain way then they get upset when you tell them you want it remade. Not trying to be mean but most of em Litterly don’t speak English so they laugh and nod when you’re being dead serious. Ordered a fruit and maple oatmeal, my oatmeal was full of water and no fruit I took it back and all they did was heat it up more in the microwave gave it back to me still watery and no fruit.
