I tried to not write this review. Three times in the last year I ordered from the drive thru only to be forced to go park and wait for 15 minutes before getting angry and going inside to get my food because they forgot about me. At least twice they got my order wrong and I didn't catch it until I was home. I've complained to their indifferent staff on several occasions. I was angry, but I tried to give people working a largely thankless job the benefit of the doubt. Then tonight happened. Took my kids to eat and they wanted to dine in. We ordered and then waited and watched them walk at least a dozen orders outside to drive thru patrons. The kids who came in and ordered ten minutes after we did got their food and were done eating before we got ours. I watched car after car get their order before the timer hit 3 minutes. 29 minutes. That's how long I waited for my food. For 12 of them I watched part of my order get cold sitting on the counter. I asked one two occasions if someone could please finish my order before walking another one out the door. When I complained to the manager they said "well we're busy" and when I explained that I understood that but that didn't excuse them serving likely dozens of others before us they said "we make everything to order." When I asked why my burger took almost half an hour to make they didn't seem to have an answer. I can only surmise that they are incredibly stupid or they think I am. I will be voting with my wallet and not returning to this McDonald's. If you've had a similar experience I implore you to do the same. This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever entered. The floor was sticky everywhere you walked. I didn't see one clean tables or booth. They have two people at registers but one doesn't work, he just stands there. Ordered a 20 pc and a happy meal. My 20 pc had a bite on one of nuggets unless it broke when it was frozen. The employee at the window asked what are we waiting for in which i said my order because we just pulled up and the employee decided to give an attitude and mock us. Was female or male with short curly hair. So unprofessional and unsanitary to leave a bitten nugget. Worst experience. Manager disregarded the situation with her employee. The kid working the the counter is awesome. Very cheerful & knew the offerings (sauces, etc.) well. My day was going OK. Then he made it great. That's the type of employee u hardly see, especially McD's. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was asked to pull up and wait for my food. I waited while at least 7 cars received their orders, so I went inside. It took me another couple of minutes to finally get someone's attention. When I finally received my order, it was just sitting on the side cold.Thanks McDonald's for finally making my mind up. I won't miss this place. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! We waited 45 minutes for our orders after placing them through the mobile app. The dining area was filthy with trash on the floor and food on the tables. One employee in particular was super unprofessional and rude. He threw his dirty jacket near the coffee makers and was super disrespectful to his co-workers. My cheeseburger had to be remade 3 times because the cooks kept messing it up. The young woman working the counter was trying her best, but everyone else should either be fired or re-trained, including the manager. Eat literally anywhere else!! I always order the package with 4 chicken burgers and 4 fries packets and the 20 chicken nuggets box with a drink. This time it was this blue soda. The delivery is super fast and this store never disappoints. However, every time I have ordered, I have added many different sauces in my cart which are free as mentioned on the website but they never arrived. Apparently they say that they give sauces for free but they never do. But the food is great, the real definition of fast food for sure! Service Delivery Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20

Their hours lie they are not 24 hours. Sometimes they decide to close at night and only pickup orders. Additionally, at night the staff often look high and inebriated and will take up to 1-2 hours to prepare food. If you want safe food made within an hour from hands not on drugs, go somewhere else 9/23 update: they stop taking normal customers at night and only accept doordash orders. They stole my money/food. I have a receipt for drive through pick up showed them the mobile order, email recipes and bank account pull and they told me they don't see an order on their screen and nothing they can do. I asked for a manager she came over for 15 seconds to say she can't do anything either, Erica said sorry call corporate nothing we can do here. Walked away and didn't even look at the email receipt. They woman at the drive thru was left to deal with it and tried her very best to explain. Told me even if I came in wouldn't get anything, so took my money/food!
