I was on my lunch break and ordered a # 5, chicken nugget meal. The guy said would you like to make that a meal? Like what? Isn’t that a combo is? Anyway he asked me what kind of sauce I wanted I told him bbq sauce. I get to the window and pay. Go to the window to get my food and asked for my sauce to only be told they ran out. They should be telling people this when they order; I wouldn’t have ordered chicken nuggets if I had known they didn’t have any bbq sauce. I told the guy that at the window he said “yeah well we have honey mustard” yeah well I don’t eat honey mustard. Spicy chicken sandwich was dry and old. They had us pull up to the drive thru spot for a single sweet tea that ended up taking a good 15 minutes without any sign of getting it. This McDonald’s is absolute trash. I came in and I placed my order at 7:25 PM January 9, 2024. It is now 7:48 PM and they brought out only part of my order. It has not been busy at all. I ordered the $14 combo pack, which comes with two burgers, two fries and a 20 piece chicken nugget. As well as a number seven. I am beyond irritated because other cars that parked in the reserved drive-through spots came way after me and still got their food first. I called the number on the website no one answered, but a voicemail of a woman calling about her paycheck that picks up. The woman leaves her personal cell phone number on the voicemail. I don’t know if this is some kind of glitch with their phone lines but it’s terrible. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s again. Almost every time I come here their service is less than adequate. Also, it is 7:52 PM as I finish this and I still do not have the other part of my order. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never heard of a drive thru that turned in to a drive thru to park. When did we get away from customer service to focus on service time? If all you care is about your quantity and forget about quality.... well that's a losing model to follow. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wasted $36. Had to pull up in the drive-through and wait with three other cars AGAIN. And of course the order was wrong. Glad I checked before driving off. Forgot 10 piece nugget and large fry. How hard is it to look at the receipt, stapled to the side of the bag and make sure the items are included I am not exaggerating this happened 2 previous times so we stopped going. Why did I give them another chance ??Literally third time I’ve driven through this restaurant and they can’t get the order right The buns are stale the burgers barely have any cheese. The food is warm, never hot. STAY AWAY. Seriously Burger King and Wendy’s are within a half a mile go there instead Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Miss Alisha on register today not only took order from all incoming customers, because the order yourself machine where out. She also made customers order as well. She is always so kind and always doing her best to take care of her customers. Thank you for your amazing service today. This young lady deserves a raise. They are the slowest place in this whole town. Nobody knows what goes where. The employees are constantly cussing and being racist on the floor. The manager obviously doesn't have a clue how to manage or train he employees and is overwhelmed. Then to top it all off they will most likely be out of something you ordered with points like a frappe so you get screwed after waiting an hour just to be noticed. Their food is always old. The burgers are so hard that you can tell it is old the cheese always tastes like mold. I tried the fries but they were soggy and undercooked and when I asked for no salt they gave me salty fries. I had good chicken nuggets from there once but after its just cold and dried out. Went for lunch, took 17 minutes to get our 2 big Mac meals, then the big mac's weren't made right. Management had them remade, took another 7 minutes. And the dining area was trashed. Management seemed to have no control over employees. One was told to sweep, all he did was make a couple of sweeps with the broom, no dust pan and walked off. In the pictures you will see the trashed dining area and employees standing around while customers are waiting way too long for orders. This part was from May 2021: We were there to watch the Ride for America motorcycle parade. We tried to go in for a sit down breakfast. Lobby doors were locked, it was drive through only.
