Waited for a little while & the food was hot but the thing we waited for was my large caramel iced coffee which tasted like water & milk no caramel no coffee. Was disgusting but we were traveling so didn’t have time to get a replacement. I’ve uploaded a photo so if anyone gets a coffee that looks like this send it straight back for a proper one. I can’t believe they think it’s appropriate to hand out things that are paid for like this. SMDH! Food: 5 Service: 3

McDonald’s on the corner at 6990 sun dust. Well we all know the food is always the same. It comes down to the service and people. The people and or employees are very nice. They will make your right, weather they made a mistake. I was here for 15 minutes and they made errors on 3 orders. They fixed them and made everyone happy. The employees are nice, the place is clean and open with great lighting and lots of room to get around the seating area.

All I can say is wow... Me and my hubby went through the drive thru today this afternoon and my goodness we have not had food from McDonald's that good, fresh and yummy. Our fries 🍟 were crispy.my sweet tea was perfect, they sometimes make it to sweet....thank you to all the employees for there great and awesome job 😄.........it was this good to leave a review and we never do Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This has got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Not only was the food cold, or possibly at the least lukewarm, and the entire place was F I L T H Y! Just take a look at my photos! Aarrrghhhh! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I bought 2 Mcdoubles It was a deal buy 1 and get the second for $1 Well 1 burger was fresh and hot The second was cold and the bun was stale...This happened about 5 times at different places...Saddening I that is how the get rid of the burgers that time out and still make a buck! Quick highway pull over for bathroom and snack. THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WORKED! My daughter was thrilled with ice cream! She was already thrilled that she got it free with her McDonald's app. I wanna say that the restaurant was very clean, smelled nice, and that the bathrooms were very clean and extremely handicap accessible. Even there regular stalls could accommodate canes, walkers, and small wheelchairs. Three handicap stall could accommodate 3 wheelchairs! Excellent space for disabled and large women to feel comfortable. And ... You funny have to buy something or get a key to use the restroom. A bit TMI, but the regular stalls is pictured. Started out badly when I finally gave up on getting a person to take my order after 20 minutes. Ordered on the only screen that was working. An employee brought my order minus the drink another 15 minutes later. When I went to get my drink they were out of Dr pepper, again...... The quarter pounder deluxe did not taste fresh and tasted wierd. The fries were old, as well, despite the kitchen being so busy. The store was relatively clean. Fast mobile service and the biscuits were soft and not hard. Bathroom was open without the need for codes or employee unlocking which was nice. Not much comfortable seating here from what I saw but to go was fine. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Walked into this location to quickly use the bathroom and order to-go. On the road for 2 hours and was almost to my location. The bathroom had no toilet paper in stalls. Then I went out to put my order in on the kiosk. Ordered egg McMuffins, all that I wanted and a coffee. I then get told by the staff that they didn't serve breakfast, this location does not serve breakfast even though the kiosk says they do. The manager came out and gave me a refund. There was staff standing there eating cheez its', right in the place the food was sitting. The McDonald's I used to know is no longer. No customer service, very cold, unfriendly.
