Food was brought to the table which was a plus, however standing at the register trying to order one soda and employees were looking at us while they're playing on the phone. Overall I've seen improvement at this McDs. I gave them another shot. Food was cold, at the 1st window, he was great.friendly and an amazing smile. Get to the 2nd window, the lady was obviously not happy, kind of hateful. Will give it another year and maybe try again. I keep saying I’m done with McDonalds but I swear this time it’s true :( I rarely eat there and typically go for the sweet tea, but their tea is inconsistent and it’s hit or miss if it’s going to be good or extremely watered down and un-flavorful :( we ordered fries today and as you see from the photo it’s not even half full :( and we didn’t notice until after we drove off. Sadly, employees are rude and come off as annoyed when asking for condiments (ketchup and napkins). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible service. Guy in the drive thru looked like he didn’t know what was going on. Asked me to repeat my entire order again and still missed an item. Had to park and go inside, everybody just looking at me like they don’t want to help. Just a horrible experience, get better management or something please.
