Degust perfectly cooked hamburgers at this restaurant. Visitors don't like frappes at McDonald's. From the guests' point of view, the staff is creative here. McDonald's has decent burgers for the price range. The service however needs improvement. On several occasions I've gotten wrong food. In some cases they've completely forgotten to add any anything else but buns and burgers. And one time I got burgers without buns. How does this even happen? 🤔 Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1

1 hour wait in the drive-through line tonight (Sunday, kl 21.30). 30 minutes from when I ordered until I got my food. What did I get? ice-cold food! Terrible! Who knows how long it had been ready in the paper bag. At one point the employee working the window was gone for a good 10+ minutes as cars piled up behind me. I sat and observed 2 other employees behind her that should have been helping being as there was little walk-in traffic. I've never seen McDonalds employees move that slow, and I know this restaurant chain through 50 years. The service at this particular McDonald's keeps getting worse, and is not up to par. Worst ever experience for eat in 🙈🙈🙈 it was big mistake to order food on Saturday...lots of mixed up orders people cimplaining...my order was lost...had to go and keep asking where is my order!!! I had to wait abt one and a half hour for 2 cheesburgers and a milkshake!!!!!! Young and very confused people work there....never again i will order inside!!! On drive through is ok if not on busy hours.... But it was a disaster for me...

This is the sundae I was served, because they dispensed that 10 minutes before my burger was ready and left it on the counter. Also gave me a cheeseburger instead of the truffle cheese chicken burger I ordered.

The restaurant is spacious and handles the large crowds well. They have a digital playground (a projector with sensors) for kids, which is a nice feature but could use some improvement. The service is not very quick, so be prepared to wait for your order. I think the drive through delivery is much faster and more convenient. The restaurant is not very tidy and the restroom is especially dirty. I would not recommend using it unless absolutely necessary. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

TLDR: Incompetent, go somewhere else for "food". You expect fast food? Well look elsewhere. This place seems to be the epicenter of incompetence. Staff standing around doing nothing or running around like headless chickens while orders are backing up and a manager that doesn't have the place under control. I had to wait 30 minutes for a simple order of 2 cheeseburgers, some fries and a drink. I worked in a fast-food joint part time as a student, I know it can get stressful and I know systems can malfunction. But then you need to improvise and keep the joint running. Something the staff here obviously where not capable of. I suggest going somewhere else if you want a quick bite.
