A couple of my friends mentioned they purchased dessert items from this establishment. So I figure I’ll drive up to Hollywood and check it out. When I arrived at 10:30 AM they were closed. I called, thinking that I at the wrong place. I said are you open today? The person on the other and the phone said what business are you calling. I have multiple. I said the bakery / He said the bakery is only open for orders placed online.. I totally get that, however it does not mention that on the website at all. They even have the hours broken down by days of the week. What a waste of my time .

This place have flies flying around in the building with no covers on the bakery items. Was picking up my order and over heard a guy named Emri I believe verbally abusing one of their staff. The items I had ordered were terrible made and the customer service I got after requesting to have the items replaced was horrible (assuming it was the guy who was being terrible to their staff) I would say maybe it’s a fluke but I know for a fact they have people working with no protective hair nets because that’s what my complaint was, hair in my items. YUCK! Would not support such a terrible place again. Plenty of good bakery’s with good service out there, don’t waste your time!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The owner not only abuses her employees and puts them on 8-9 hour shifts with no lunch. She also uses expired product, she freezes everything before selling it and most importantly she has rats, roaches, flies coming from one of her drain sinks, no proper plumbing and The sanitation is so poor. She lies about making some desserts to customers as “vegan” or “no processed sugar” don’t buy from here or atleast don’t pay the price she’s asking because you can find higher quality items at Publix for half the cost.

Amazingly delicious food. Our guests had wonderful time. Everything was done and delivered on time as agreed. Highly recommend this outfit!
