They always have a selection of delicious vegan salads in the deli. I purchased some of every vegan option to feed my Masonic brothers, and they ate every bit of it, which is unheard of when we feed them junk. Thanks for having fresh, healthy options for me to share 😋
Market of Choice is my favorite place to shop. The variety of Hot Sauce makes my heart sing. Buying local products is important to me and I have so many options here. The Bakery has my favorite Sailor Jack Muffin which has a delicious Spice Cake flavor and has a light Sugar Glaze. The Floral Department has a lovely selection to choose from and adorable Stuffed Animals. The Produce Department has high-quality Fruits and Vegetables at affordable prices.

I enjoy shopping here because of the knowledgeable staff members they have in each section of the store. The produce is always fresh. Great wine and cheese selection.
This review is specifically regarding the floral department, but I asked for help making a bouquet for my Mum on Christmas Eve; on NYE the bouquet is still lovely to look and and the scent is lovely. While some of the flowers have shriveled, given how long we've had it, I'm not mad at that. Any deficiencies in the pics should be attributed to me and not the bouquet. I'm trying to take good pics without taking too many of our house lol. 🤣

I love this market. Organic fresh produce and the very best bakery around. The entire staff at Market of Choice is well trained and experts in their department. I dont mind paying a little extra as they support local businesses by bringing in local microbrews and products like honey, oils, wine and more. The hidden jem is the employees! Tami a checkout clerk on the weekends is always smiling and a great asset to the business and the reason ill wait till Saturday to go shopping.

Two stars only because in the past MOC was WONDERFUL. But this time? The reality is - ONE star or NO stars. For many years I was a loyal customer of this well-run regional chain of stores. But now? No. The shocking rise in pricing, for one. Now I visit only occasionally and only for the three items I cannot find otherwhere. But more concerning is that the staff is no longer friendly and professional. In fact, many don't know where items are. They don't smile. They are snappish. The cashiers seem to be in perpetual "I'm hassled" mode. But worst of all? The produce sections have deteriorated. Oranges are pale and the size of large lemons. Lettuce? Wilted. Iceberg lettuce - heads are tiny and one can see through the wrapping already turning brown. And WHY with the abundance of local organic farmers is MOC buying from MEXICO? No wonder fruits and veggies are sad by the time they hit the displays - being shipped thousands of miles! Really, MOC, there's NO excuse for this!

Smells fantastic fresh big bakery loaded with a plethora of assorted decadence...❤️ Having a creative lay out, the store is easy to navigate. The coffee shop is right next to the bakery. For the bean water aficionados I Recommend checking them out...

This market is a good source for people with dietary restrictions (dairy free, gluten free, vegan, keto, etc) and they have mostly organic or free range types of products. The drawback is that it's really expensive. I have a chronic inflammation problem so I can't have dairy products with saturated fat except greek yogurt. This is the holiday season so I wanted some cashew milk and eggs to make dairy free eggnog (I prefer to buy coconut milk and cream at the Asian markets which have better selection and pricing). They only sell organic or free range eggs...which is ok. But the cashew milk was $7 a quart. Uh... damn. But because it's the holidays I just gritted my teeth to buy it. Next time I will just soak some cashew nuts to make the milk myself! If I wasn't dead tired from holiday stuff, I would have gone to the Natural Foods Grocers on Coburg because some things are priced more reasonably there. Good kombucha is cheaper there, and several other things... plus they sell freshly ground almond butter 😋. Market of Choice is a good choice if you want to waste a lot of money or are in need of last minute gifts for some yuppy family members (you know who I'm talking about lmao).
Very nice store. People were great. Has a fun selection of things that are harder to find
