Fresh-roasted coffee and quality coffee drinks, what's not to like? Like I usually do, I sampled a latte with a shot on the side. The espresso suited my tastes much more than other recent stops, and the latte was predictably good. (I got a maple one, and it tasted more like pancake syrup than proper maple, but that's *not* a bad thing for me. It was like going out for pancakes. I believe the menu even says "pancake maple". No complaints, and it's just how the flavor syrup is.) I took a bag of whole bean with me, and while I haven't tried it yet I'm sure it will be great - I've not had a honey-processed roast before. Parking here was very easy, and the shop is spacious with a decent amount of seating and a clean bathroom.
EDIT: I have been enjoying every french press cup of the Costa Rican roast I bought - the "honey process" is something special. The low acidity is perfect for serving black.

Wonderful place to get a quality cup of coffee! The owner was very friendly and told me a lot of cool facts about how coffee is roasted, its origin, and the different methods of brewing. She also had a big roasting machine on display which was interesting to look at. The coffee is smooth and well made. Can't wait to come back and try another cup!
Best Roastery and little coffee shop I've ever experienced! Very knowledgeable staff and owners. Homemade buttermilk scones, muffins and excellent smoothies. Always greeted with a smile! Prices are surprisingly low! It's a hidden gem in Biddeford!!!💗

Utterly fantastic coffee shop tucked away in the outskirts of town. The roaster knows absolutely everything about her products and is a joy to learn from.

I’ve been getting coffee from Holly & Paul at Maine Coast Roast since they were at the farmers market! I was hooked at first sip. Not only is their coffee top notch but they are also fantastic people. Their local shop and offerings are great. Clean, welcoming environment— good vibes all around!
I have been getting my daily Beach Head blend dark roast since late 2017 and will continue to get it until Holly and Paul don't make it anymore. All the coffee is hand selected as green, unroasted beans and roasted to perfection on site. Mass produced coffee tends to be acidic with a bitter finish at the end of the cup. This coffee has neither of those issues. Small batch roasters also suffer from quality control over time. The Beach Head I got a few days ago tastes the same as the stuff I started with 4 years ago. On top of all that, prices for ground or whole bean coffee for at-home brewing are fantastic. I buy 5 pound bags and it's just over $10/pound. Dark or light roast and everything in between is available for every taste. I've consumed A LOT of coffee in my time and Maine Coast Roast is the best.
Great coffee and baked goods. This place is a bit hard to find, as away from downtown Biddeford in what looks like an old mill, but well worth looking for. Best product IMO is their own roasted beans. A few seats for enjoying your purchase.
I had the chance to stop in to grab an iced coffee and latte today and look forward to my next visit! Chatting with Holly it is easy to see her passion for coffee and that she pours her heart into what she does. Her outlook on life and doing what you love actually had me crying on the way home. Thank you for the refreshing perspective on life Holly, the perfect coffee, and delish scone!

Really well brewed espresso. The style is roasty, mellow, and not bitter. Lotta volume for a double espresso too!
The beans available to buy skew towards a darker roast.
