Went on a random weekday and the restaurant was completely empty, cashier was helpful and friendly. We got our food quickly and it was hot. It was very yummy and the coleslaw had a lot of flavor. We paid $37 total for two meals which isn't terrible considering we left full and satisfied, I felt like we got our moneys worth! We will definitely be back :)

Super cool spot with some awesome H-town wall art. The food was tasty and well worth the price. We had a little of everything and there was nothing that wasn't good. Highly recommend. Staff was nice and friendly. Only downside was we went about 9:30 and there were some homeless people camped out on the front doorstep.

The food was good. Nothing wrong with it just not worth $18 for a meal with no drink. The chicken tasted fresh the fries were crunchy and were my favorite part. I got a cheese slider nothing special and a sauce slider again nothing special. Don’t know if I’ll be back.

Stopped by on my lunch break for the first time. The staff is friendly but the service needs improvement. I waited 20+ minutes for my food. As I was waiting, I noticed people who arrived AFTER me received their order and were enjoying their meal BEFORE me. Not okay. I had to go to the counter to ask about the wait and they gave me my order because apparently it was just sitting there, who knows how long. I'm not sure why they just left it sitting there. I ordered the Dirty Mac but asked for no fries. The employee said that was not a problem, as they get this request regularly. Well, my order still came with fries. I was really looking forward to trying this place because I really like hot chicken but it was Overall a disappointing experience.
Man, I love hot food but this really got me, everybody else who gets the hottest flavor which is "Cluck-It" either throws it away or doesn't finish it but I didn't do that because I wanted a challenge.
The overall vibe of the place makes it seem like you're in Hell's Paradise like the bird is going to give you the best chicken for spicy and non-spice lovers too, not to mention, the red really gets your attention.
Legit sweatin, water drinking, that won't save you from the spicy fun 🤣
I tried Dave's Hot Chicken before so this is a similar experience, if someone can handle spice better then me, Cluck-It is probably no match for them, so far everybody who has been to this place hasn't fully manifested the flavor of the spice.

This place does serve some hoooot chicken for sure! Recently there are so many spicy fried chicken stripes, spicy chicken wings pop on the fast food chains. Some of them are just not spicy enough. I tried the chuck it level at my first try, which is the hottest level. My mouth was burning hot and sweating. Please do not try the chuck it level if you don't really enjoy spiciness. I personally liked it because I finally got something that really burns my tongue. The portion is pretty decent. I ordered a slider combo and dirty Mac. Tons of calories and I just finished half of the slider combo and half of the dirty Mac. Good to share with another person because the meals are pretty greasy since its all fried food and sauces. The spiciness probably also helps stopping me. Overall, the quality and quantity are good, just beware their hotness.

Love going to hot chicken places this place was really good and like one person said already, the portion size is good you’ll end up taking some home. If you like spice medium not that hot has a lil spice but not much. Depending on chicken places you go some mediums gotta kick some don’t. It’s not bad or good just a heads up on preference fyi I can handle and love heat. Staff was really friendly offered to help, didn’t smother us or make it awkward. My wife not really a Mac n cheese person but she like the dirty Mac. The shake was good not too sweet and good texture and flavor.

Our food came out fresh in 5 minutes and was very good. I got the slaw slider, 1 tender, and crinkle cut fries with a side of Mac n cheese. The slider was a bit messy to eat, but it’s still delicious eating it with a knife and fork! Service was also great.

Overall the food was pretty good and they give you a large portion. .. but what i like the most is that the drive thru is open until 3am .. so it’s the perfect place to pull of after a night of partying .. or just a late night meal . The chicken sliders 🍔 were really really good .

Went & checked out Main Bird on the grand opening, everything was amazing from the food to the service. Since it was the first day there was a line to the door, the crew cleared it quickly and was friendly/helpful the whole time. We got the mac, Oreo milkshake, slider meal (not pictured) & cluck it up fries (not pictured). Everything was so hot & fresh we loved it. Also more than enough food for two people. We will be back soon!
