Thanksgiving dinner was fantastic. More food than a person could want. It was delicious too. Waite staff was excellent didn't leave an empty plate sit. Hopefully will be an annual event. I thought the food was average. Maybe I am not a seafood buffet type person. The service was horrible and crazy. Long line with out being be able to leave your name on the list. A reservation did not help either. The just left everybody waiting in the long line. Seemed like they took forever just to clean off the tables. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We were excited to try their Friday night buffet and was thoroughly discussed! If it was possible to give a negative rating it would be -5! If they have an executive chef, they should be fired! The crab legs were over cooked, the "melted butter" was nothing but oil that stunk, the prime rib was flavorless, barely cooked and sauce the was more oil than aju. Worst of all was the so called salad, that looked like it had sat out all day. Many items that seemed tasteless and processed.Totally amazed that this type of food was deemed adequate to serve! We left early and the manager seemed shocked that we asked for our 120 dollar bill, so we could leave. When asked how everything was, our response was the water was good! Terrible!!! They were extremely accommodating on Thanksgiving Day. My daughter and I couldn't get through to make our reservation in advance and they managed to save the day. In the process making a 6 year old very happy and somehow making daddy look like a hero. Thank you so much for making us feel special. This was a buffet. The selection was adequate. Hence the 3 star rating. That said, if I were to have ordered off the menu the food may have been fantastic. Yet, I am only rating the buffet. Servers were attentive and efficient. This is located in the Crown Plaza where I stayed while in Knoxville. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Please go to this please If you crave snow crab legs and want to eat as much you want. With $49.99, you can eat fresh snow crab legs, fresh oysters, green mussels, crawfishes, cooked red shrimps, prime ribs, and more! It's not like a super size buffet, but still you can definitely enjoy flavorful selections. It's only Friday dinner buffet. I don't know if they let you park in the hotel but you can park in the market square garage and walk 5 min to get there. Do I want to go back? Yes! Went for Easter Brunch 2023, had reservations but waited 45 minutes beyond reservation time. Food was buffet style and just warm not hot, dried out. Not worth the price by a long shot. The wait staff were friendly and did a fantastic job. Won’t go back next year for sure due to the condition of the food vrs the price.
