So passing through Independence Oregon one evening we stop at the Lucky Dragon Chinese restaurant. Overall the food wasn't bad. My wife loved the egg flower soup. The hot and sour soup was ok. We both had combo plates. The portions were pretty decent. The service was friendly. We had the dining room to ourselves however they were doing a brisk take out and delivery. We would eat there again. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Save yourself the trouble and go to jade terrace. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and they literally sprinkled some sauce on it. It’s the driest dish I have ever ate Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
My boyfriend and I stopped for dinner on a Wednesday night about 530. We were the only ones there. I asked for tea. They didn't have any tea. Unfortunately, their water was awful. The meal was your average sweet and sour chicken. No complaints there. The server seemed like she was having a bad day, so we tipped her extra. Hopefully next time we go... they'll have tea. Clean and open floor plan. Friendly staff , though slow service. There is only two people working when we were there at dinner time (5:19pm). Food was hot and average. Very typical of the Asian food you would normally get anyplace. Super cold inside so, uncomfortable. The green bean chicken was very good if you want something not deep fried or covered in goo. Bbq pork was tender and very good also. Fair prices. We mite try again and see how it goes. For now...I'm on the fence. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Foods decent enough. Inside is kinda dingy and looks worn. Everything looks like it's from the 70s. Customer service? Not so good. If you order to pickup. No one comes out to talk to you from the kitchen. So you can't inquire how long the wait is going to be. Very understaffed. I ordered online and app advised that it would be ready in 15 minutes. lts been an hour and 15 minutes and no one has even spoke to me. I won't be returning again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Food is always good. Simple atmosphere in a small place. They have excellent orange chicken. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Teriyaki Chicken
Heard good things about this place. Appetizer combo was ok, not great. Service was prompt but never asked if I needed anything to drink or anything else (maybe just busy) but wasn’t the best. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
Change of hands to new owners but not a change in decor or updating was done. The food was alright my chow mein had a lot of onions and the staff was 1 guy, no one busing tables and it was a little bit of an uncomfortable atmosphere. Will give it another try soon but mostly because it is very slim choices for food in Independence.
The service was fast and the food was fantastic never judge a book by its cover
The place was cleaner than the last time I was there, but the food was horrible! Flavorless blah. We were the only people in there at lunchtime, and the "waitress" never came back to our table after bringing our food. I had to go and find her to get our check.
