First timer trying these bagels at Bella Patina Popup down in west bottoms today and they were fantastic! My East Coaster heart was pleasantly surprised at the texture and flavor profile of these bagels. Best place in KC/surrounding to get a REAL bagel Food: 5

Just had at the Overland Park Farmers Market, chewy with great flavor to the bagel itself as well as the everything bagel seasoning it came with! They’ve earned a new favorite customer and cannot wait to try their sandwiches when they eventually roll them out! Saturdays at the farmers market are going to be a blast from now on!
I’m from Philadelphia and these are the best bagels in town!! Thanks to Italian sausage company for supporting this venture with Providence Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The freshly made bagels are crispy outside and soft inside in the first two weeks in OP Farmer's market. Due to the popular demand, the bagels might have been made the day before and lost the freshness.

These bagels are so amazing. Cheddar Serrano is truly next level, but all were fantastic. There's a reason people are standing in line when you arrive at the market, and this is it. They're super fast, and I love that they bring a toaster with them and are able to keep up with all the orders.

The cashier is the bottle neck of the long line. It will be great if the 20 minutes waiting time can be cut down to 2 minutes. I suggest the cashier can write down the after tax values of the most common purchases (1 bagel, 2 bagels, 1/2 dozen, 1/2 dozen+large cream cheese . . .etc) on a sheet of paper to save time on repeating the same calculations. The person who picks up orders can write the number of bagels on the bag. By removing the toast machine and coffee machine will help move the customers faster too.
Being from Jersey, these bagels are the real deal. Best bagels in KC, and when I heard the owner was also involved with Providence pizza, I knew it would be legit. Thanks for giving me some slices of home here in KC
