I’ve visited the Love Whole Foods in Ormond but yesterday was my first time visiting this location! I love a local health-conscious store :) they had so many great organic options that you can’t find at your typical grocery store. Prices can be a little higher but I don’t mind it since I’m investing in my health. They have produce, meats, grocery items, household items, and even a smoothie/tea counter! I will definitely be back again!!

Only removed a star because their menu is limited at the Port Orange location and I think I forget every time expecting to be able to get a wrap or salad when they only have soups, smoothies, coffees and a few deli items. Overall I love this place, smoothies and deli are great otherwise, and I come back every time we visit New Smyrna Beach. It's conveniently located just a few minutes away from the Goodwill I like to visit too.

Management is insanely rude and pretentious. We don’t mind paying a premium for quality goods and a quality shopping experience. However. I reached out about an issue experienced while shopping and was completely ignored. We’ve spent thousands of dollars in the past year at this location, but after this poor interaction with cashier and manger and lack of accountability from ownership, we will never be back.

Been shopping here for years and always had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately today was the complete opposite. Ester was extremely rude! I was checking out with my family and she seemed annoyed by our large order today. She snapped at me for asking if they had paper bags instead of plastic. It surprised me and I said that. I usually bring my own but due to covid I opt for paper. My sister said oh they have boxes. Which is a great alternative to plastic. I don’t know if it was the fact that was all we’re wearing masks and this set her off or if she was mad she’d was going to be inconvenienced to have to load the groceries into the boxes. she then got upset with me for placing my smoothie that I bought there in the wrong place and proceeded to move it with the coffees we got as well. noticing her annoyance and attitude one of us asked her if there is something we did wrong to make her upset with us and that’s when she got passive aggressive. She replied oh hunny this isn’t rude. Implying she could care less about the terrible service she was giving us. I asked her what her name was and she wouldn’t respond as her name tag was flipped over. I then asked another employee for her name which she told me was Ester. Ester then rang a bell for a manager to come over. Once the manager arrived the first thing out of Esters mouth to the manager was I wasn’t rude to them! Sounds like we may not be the first people to complain about her. It’s unfortunate bc I used to enjoy shopping at this small business but with employees like Ester make it difficult to want to return.

Well, it is not the Whole Foods. We stopped for food, but there was very little choice and most of the menu wasn't available. We ended up with Beens and Greens soup which was pretty decent. But I better visit THE Whole Foods.

Nice store, friendly people. They had what I wanted at cheaper prices than Amazon. Check your receipt carefully though! Their checkout system doesn't beep when an item is scanned, so the person checking me out accidentally scanned several things twice and didn't catch it. $14 dollars overcharge. They were apologetic and credited me when I pointed out the error.

I have Shopped at Love for years now, and have NEVER had a bad experience! The staff is excellent and they’re always willing to help me find the products and produce I need. The Deli food is also delicious especially the potato salad!

Love this store but the older lady who works at the cash register with the northeastern accent is rude and always seems unhappy that she works there. I wish her the best as she should be grateful to work at such an amazing store in a lovely location but her condescending attitude rubs people the wrong way and turns a pleasurable shopping experience into a nightmare.
