Went on a Wednesday night and was really impressed by the menu, food quality, and service! I was expecting something similar to the restaurant that used to be in this spot but Los Sanchez seems to be much higher quality. Server was attentive but not overbearing. I ordered the carne asada which was perfectly cooked: tender and delicious. The presentation of the food and drink really wowed! Will definitely be back!

Visited Los Sanchez on Wednesday for dinner with my kids. We made it 20 minutes before happy hour ended so we were able to take advantage of 2 for 1 margaritas! The mango margarita was delicious! The lime was a bit too strong but good.
La mojarra deliciosa! 🤤 Tacos de carnitas y lengua very good flavor but a bit too salty for our liking. Platillo de costilla de res delicioso! Y el plate of carne asada delicious!

Los Sanchez is a happening place on Sunday evening. They had a house band and the place was so loud that we ate outside. I found it strange that security asked if he could frisk me upon entering. 😳
The food was lacking flavor and a bit over-priced for me but I'm a tourist and am not familiar with the local prices.
Overall an average experience but the do stay open late.

EAT AND GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE A.S.A.P., THAT'S HOW THEY MADE ME FEEL !!!Waitresses at the beginning were good, then towards the end of my meal and a couple drinks (3 at 15 dollars each) and my daughter with still food on her plate (a almost 40 dollarsplate),started to like 4 times per minute(literally)(including the manager or person in charge)asking if we wanted anything more,it wasn't that they were trying to be servicial it was more"" IF YOU DON'T WANT ANYTHING ELSE GET OUT!!!
PS. it was early in the night, there were tables available,no body standing waiting for an open table, NO EXCUSE!!!

This restaurant has a very family oriented and fun ambience. The complimentary chips were served with two types of delicious salsa. The menu is large and diverse. The space looks like it will be great for live music as well. All the drinks looked very good in the menu and I'm sure they will be great when the bar is up and running.

Great Fiesta!!! I stop on Easter to try their food and for my surprise there was a great Atmosphere of celebration with live music. The food was delicious, the service excellent and we spend a great time there. So far for me this was the best Mexican restaurant experience in Minneapolis.

Went here for breakfast after not being able to get into Bad Waitress next door. Thank goodness they have breakfast! But that's not all, they have everything and more. Their vegetarian options weren't bad either.
Service was good, but the server had accidentally pushed "pay with cash" before asking and so I was forced to use the ATM in the restaurant to pay for the meal.
I'd definitely come back to Los Sanchez again.

stopped in for a quick beer and was not disappointed. this loaded ceviche oyster modelo situation hit the spot! I will definitely be back. fun live music, good vibes, loud and festive good times all around.

My niece and I came here regularly for 7 months EVERY Tuesday. At the beginning we had a friendly server and good service we always over tipped because we enjoyed the food and service. Then something changed, a new server started working there and she treated us horribly, any time we will ask for our usual spot she would make it seem inconvenient to her, and say it was unavailable when the spot will clearly be open. We had to ask the manager for our seats on multiple occasions and he made it seem to be no issues. When dropping off our food, the server will always forget items, even though our order was always the same.
The most recent disappointment that occurred was during my birthday, I looked forward to coming here to celebrate my birthday. My birthday was on Wednesday and we came in on Tuesday. I requested the comp birthday song and cake ect. Right away I was asked for my ID and I thought that was strange Normally when someone tells you it’s their birthday you don’t request an Id (with the exception of alcohol bevs) you just take their word for it however, I gave them my ID. On my ID you can clearly see that my birthday was the next day, because we are regular customers you would think they would honor it being that we spend money there WEEKLY.
They did not, coincidentally there was a table sitting next to me who’s did get the comp bday song. I asked them if they were ID’d and did they have their bday confirmed… they said NO they were not, and of course there was a racial difference. If that is something that they practice that should be done to everyone who comes in not just the people you select.
Also, that same day when it was time to bring out our food, we saw our server was in the back refusing to bring our food to our table. When she was forced to bring it, she just dropped it off and did not say a word to us. I am very disappointed with this restaurant. I have spent so much money here, I am in disbelief at how rude and how inconsiderate they are. I will never come back here again and spend my money. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially those whose racial profile is similar to mine.
