Longhorn is a great place to have a meal with family or friends. The atmosphere is perfect for a casual restaurant with interesting wall art and comfortable tables and booths. The server that we had was attentive and thoughtful. He didn't pester, but he made sure we had what we needed. The food was great. Steak was cooked perfectly and everyone was happy with the sides and salads. The blue cheese dressing was excellent. Please give me a "thumbs-up" if this post helped you. Well,,, the best Bart about this visit was the Sam Adam's cold snap, and the strawberry vinaigrette salad. The rib eye, although cooked perfectly was 50 percent fat, and the filet was as tough as shoe leather. The server was mediocre.
