Liquid Diet is a new cocktail spot in the Arts District, and they are not skimping on quality. My partner and I came here with some friends the other night and we had a great time! I tried a mule as well as a Paloma. They were both perfectly crafted, well balanced, and easy to drink, too. This spot will be my usual this summer. I highly recommend 👌 You need to walk through a parking lot from Commerce Street. Then go in the door to the right of Voodoo brewery.

Hands down best cocktail I have ever had! Pick something off the super unique rotating menu and you will not be disappointed! Tricky to find but when you do it’s beyond worth it! Can’t wait to go back!

If you find yourself in the Las Vegas Arts District, you should definitely try this spot. Its focus is on craft cocktails, and they have some really good stuff. It's an interesting take on mixology. Juices, syrups, garnishes, and ice are prepared in-house. This spot is like being in a craft cocktail open kitchen, as everything is being prepared by the chef mixologists as you watch. All the cocktails are precisely batched. If you want to experience batching done properly, here you go. Drinks are complex and would normally take time to prepare, thus the batching and, thus, they have a set menu, so no going off the menu. With what they offer, you'll want to stick with the menu offered. Menu does change periodically. They currently offer a Pico De Gallo Michelada, which is something I wouldn't normally order, and it's out of this world! All the cocktails offered are very well balanced, have a good presentation, and are very flavorful. This spot is walk-in only and cocktails only. You should plan solid nourishment accordingly. This is probably one of the better craft cocktail lounges in the Vegas area. It's definitely worth a few tasting sessions. There are two entrances, the main being alley access. Definitely see you there!

One of the best cocktail bars in LV. Don't let the torn up cardboard signs fool you. Or the grungy alleyway with Flynn and Jake graffiti. Or the trendy diet name fool. The drinks here are as well crafted as Mia Khalifa's Mommy Milkers.

A bit tough to spot the entrance and we walked by it the first time. It's off the road a bit through a large open gate. Overall the place has a great vibe with enough drink options without being overwhelming. Brett gave us some suggestions based off of our preferences and put together some of the best cocktails I've had.

Craft cocktails of their own concoctions, new takes on classics, non-alcoholic for those who choose, and hand carved ice for every drink. Bret and Patrick create art in every drink. Let them do their thing and you can’t go wrong.

Another awesome new addition to the arts district. They pay attention to the details from chipping the ice cubes from blocks to making their own ginger beer. Hard to find, but that's how it rolls with a speakeasy concept.
That being said, it's worth the hunt.
