Come here and try delicious martinis, wine or beer. Tea is great at Lieu's Chinese Bistro. At this place, you can order food as a takeout. Most visitors find the staff terrific. If you want to experience fast service, you should go to this spot. From the guests' point of view, prices are reasonable. You will definitely appreciate the pleasant atmosphere and cute decor. A very nice place, nice little bar, and very helpful staff. Fried green beans were very good, and the cucumber. The dumplings I got steamed, and were disappointing, it seemed as though there was way too much dough than there was filling. The second you pick one up it falls apart. I guess I should have got them fried. The Singapore noodles were good, and you get a lot of it. I also got the beef and scallops, but I got sick off of the scallops. This is a great place if you’re craving Chinese food. We love their hot&sour soup, Mongolian beef, Beijing beef, And sweet-and-sour chicken. All of their food is good quality. Giving this place 4 starts only because of the dumplings that we ordered as an appetizer, they were overcooked, too much dough and they were falling apart, so Im definitely not ordering them next time. The tuna salad, mei fun and spicy cabbage were delicious! But don’t forget, this is Chinese fusion food, nothing traditional or authentic. The atmosphere is great, you get some privacy while you’re eating, it’s not loud. I give this place solid 4 starts. The food is good, not great. It’s very hard to find a really good Chinese place but this one good. The general chows chicken just had way too much breading and did not taste good (at least to me) but the lieu’s spicy beef was good (pictured) also the pan fried dumplings were good was well and seemed made In house which is a huge plus! The food come out family style so one plate can feed 2 people which is nice! This was my 2nd time there and I would come back to try some different things as I have not found that dish that blew my mind yet. We arrived on a Sunday around 4:00. We were seated immediately at a booth, and the waitress was punctual and kind. Our drinks came very quickly and were always topped off. I ordered the Spring Rolls (I love the spicy mustard & duck sauce dips) and the Dandan Noodles. Both had amazing flavor. I would have ordered the Wonton Soup as well but I was full. I tried some of the seasoned rice which was also amazing. Our service was great all around. This is the first in a long time where we've gotten food that was worth the price. However, for some reason the building was Japanese themed, but I'm not sure many people would notice. I found the "Hundred-Style Fu" bamboo scroll wall art to be interesting.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants for quality Asian food. It's a treat for me dinning here cause I feel like I'm getting the best of the traditional dishes and some that are less traditional but flavorful and spicy, if that's your thing (it's definitely mine). I'm just waiting to meet Lieu so I can tell him how good he's doing...keep it up team! Oh...and...and my cousin Gloria treated me, so I didn't pay for a great meal at my cousin birthday dinner there. Best beef lo mein in town hands down. Every time I go it is high quality and great tasting. It can be a little pricey for what I would like to pay for it but you get the quality you pay for. I would visit this location again. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
