Greatest little gem in the twin cities. The service is unlike any other you'll find... ever! Hands down best broth I've ever had. Selecting the items was probably my favorite part, just knowing you're getting exactly what you want. Such an amazing experience. Everything about this place is just fun, an exciting. Plus it's a great late night spot! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The dining experience was very bad and the utensils were dirty when opened! The whole meal is not happy, was told that the three-year-old child also according to the adult price of $35.99, we questioned, the waiter said that our rules are like this! Three is an adult!! Then the food part, $35.99 buffet, can order only a few dishes!!! Point not spicy food is all spicy can not eat, in order not to waste food can only keep drinking water, can barely eat, even to the children's French fries are also spicy! A bunch of MSG! Ordered some dishes have not been served, the barbecue is dry and spicy! Beef kebabs are 2/3 fat! Less than three hours home two adults and children have diarrhea! The food is not fresh! Definitely not coming back! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The hot pot here was pretty good over all. I really love the red bean bun, pork kebabs, Tom yum broth, edamame, and the apple soda. The broth taste just right as well. The employees were also very great as well and treated me and my family with a smile. I thought that the person in charge was also very very helpful, I think her name was Shawn, Shawn was handsomely beautiful 😭 and so I had asked if she was taken but sadly, she had a fiancée already! Darn!! 😭 😭 😭 Shawn was so amazing in helping me and my family. She came to check up on us more than 3 times as well. I would definitely come back here again. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely love this place! As a former international student, this hot pot restaurant holds a special place in my heart. The moment I stepped in for the first time during my study abroad days, I knew I had found the taste of home. The variety of dishes they offer is simply amazing! From premium meats and fresh seafood to an abundance of vegetables, the options are endless. And let's not forget the free-flowing drinks – it's a total win! Standing in front of the fridge, casually picking and choosing what I wanted to eat and drink made me feel like I was living the life of luxury. Even though I've returned to my hometown after graduation, I still find myself craving the delectable flavors from this place. This hot pot restaurant is one of a kind, and I miss it dearly! 🥰 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The all you can eat here is amazing! We picked the pork bone soup and hmong sauerkraut soup. Both of them are super delicious. The BBQ is fantastic. Everything comes out very quickly. You just have to come here and eat. I would totally recommend this place! Try this place out! I bet you will love it! I recently visited this hotpot restaurant for the first time. The food was delicious and the ambiance enjoyable, but the payment process was disappointing. Our group of seven opted for the unlimited BBQ and hotpot. I ordered a sesame ball, which took over 30 minutes to arrive after we paid. The main issue arose with the billing. The server didn’t initially provide the check for us to review. Despite our request to split the bill, I ended up paying $216 for three people, which seemed excessive compared to the advertised price of $39.99 per person. When I asked to see the detailed bill, the server was reluctant and even snatched it away before I could fully examine it. Furthermore, we had unknowingly tipped 18-20% on top of an already included 18% gratuity. The server was hesitant to adjust this when asked, despite it being a common practice in the industry. As a college student, I find the pricing steep and lacking transparency, which significantly impacted my experience. Although the food was enjoyable, the service issues lead me to rate this restaurant one star. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Good food and quick service. Not a fan of the slightly sweeter shrimp balls but overall broth and meat was good. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Went for hot pot tonight with a group of a few friends. All of the people we interacted with on the service side were lovely. Very helpful, answered all of our questions, and were very attentive. On the food side, we went with the BBQ/Hotpot/all of the everything option. The grab it yourself strategy they employ generally works, unless more than one person decides to get up at once. Very narrow hallway where the fridges are stored, and often resulted in traffic jams with people trying to pick food while also going in different directions. Still, the convenience of being able to just get up and grab stuff is great. My one complaint on the drink side was not stocking any diet options - not a huge deal but some of us out here like the taste of aspartame. The various sliced and rolled meats were decent quality, though I wouldn't recommend the black pepper beef from the cooler. It had a very weirdly soft texture even when fully cooked. My guess is that it was softened with baking soda, and then just sat for a long time. Perhaps some might like it, just not for me. Veggies were fine, not the happiest I've seen, but still looked decent and tasted fine and had good texture. We got the house pork bone broth, as well as the spicy beef tallow. Pork bone broth was better, but neither of them were super flavorful. The spicy one was just hot and salty, but not tons of character. Anything involving "curry" flavor was wildly over seasoned. Think curry paste/seasoning with a side of actual food, not vice versa. Way too salty, even for our group member that will basically eat salt straight from the shaker. Again, flavor was fine, quantity was just excessive. This was unfortunately basically everything under the BBQ option (that we ordered at least) so the value of that is questionable in my book. Overall, had a good time, and if I go back I wouldn't order anything curry flavored, and would instead focus on the rolled meats and veggies.
