Place is super chill. The computers are very nice and the keyboards and mice are good as well. The chairs are comfy, it's priced reasonably, the PCs have a bunch of things pre installed, and you can get whatever you want. All in all, it's a pretty chill place.

If I could give 0 stars I would, for one reason only. Ammon the worker there is the absolute WORST employee I have ever encountered in my experience of all gaming places around. He has NO customer service whatsoever and seems like he just doesn't care at all. Always has smart remarks in making you feel less than he is and honestly because of him alone, I will never go back to Lanking and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It can't be that hard to watch over customers playing video games, it is incredibly disappointing for how low maintenance a gaming place typically is. Please LanKing, don't dismiss this review and look into the people you bring on.

I come here often for some game tournaments. The staff has always been organized and friendly. If you are a newcomer I have always seen them be helpful and patient when explaining how things work. Facilities are also top notch and clean.
Not a gamer but LOVED this for a great Date! I will definitely go back. The place was clean, well organized, and the staff were amazingly helpful as they helped us learn how to play!
I go there weekly for gaming tournaments. The environment is always clean and the employees are super friendly. Amazing set-ups too

This place has fallen off pretty heavy, but it's still nice that it's there. I had like 12 hours on my account, then they switched their system and I lost that. Also, a lot of the peripherals just don't work or are starting to show their age. I went there with my partner and we spent like a half hour trying to find two setups next to eachother that had working headphones, keyboards, and mice. I know this likely isn't their fault, and people should respect their equipment more, but it still sucks for everyone else.
Weekly / monthly smash ultimate tournaments and smash melee tournaments run by the best TO (tournament organizer) this side of the country. Anything outside of tournaments they have a massive amount of setups with fair prices. Always clean and well organized with staff that knows what they're doing. Super stellar lounge with local food a hop and a skip away.
2 stars may be generous. I hosted a large event here, reserving the 2 party rooms. The equipment was fine for the most part, and most ran smoothly while we were there, but everything else about my experience was incredibly frustrating.
I tried reserving the rooms over 2 months in advance but didn’t even hear back from them over a month after my initial attempt to contact. It took me physically coming into the building and asking if my email was received before I even knew the day I had requested for was available and another 2 weeks before I knew that the rooms had officially been reserved. Every email response I received came consistently about a week after I had sent mine, which made it impossible to work out logistics and have questions answered in a reasonable time for my group. Even then, I was quoted at full price, no discount for lack of communication, no discount for large group/2 room bundle, and no explanation why 2 rooms was provided with 8 medium sized pizzas whereas if I had ordered 1 room I would have received 4 large sized pizzas.
ONLY when we got there, it was explained to us that some games we had been planning on playing weren’t available or there weren’t that many central accounts for us all to use. We were sent no list of available games prior to our arrival. The building was incredibly loud and crowded because they were hosting a super smash tournament at the same time as our party and one employee had to repeatedly tell them to “shut up” in order to talk with us and explain the rules to us. By the time we were allowed in to the rooms, it was 30mins past the time our reservation was supposed to start.
I’m being generous with my second star ONLY because of Michael Clawson, an employee, who was by far the most caring and professional employee I talked with at LAN King. I’m not lying when I say that man needs a raise. He single-handedly saved my event (for several reasons): gave me his personal phone number when we visited in store so that I had a way to hold the manager I was emailing accountable to responding to my emails, showed me the list of games when I went in to inquire about the lack of communication I had been getting, offered me a discount during the event because he understood my frustrations, went to get ice for us when the ice machine broke, and repeatedly came in to keep me updated on what was happening with our drinks, computers, and pizza. In general, only because he was there were a lot of my anxieties settled. I attribute my events eventual success to him and only him.
Our experience at LANking was great! Really solid equipment on the PC's, sadly the GameCube controllers for the switch games could definitely use an upgrade and then some! Really good service and Sawyer was very easy to work with and friendly. Quick to requests and gave us plenty of heads up on our times and opportunities to expand our time.
Went for a friend's birthday. It was a blast! I've never done anything like this before, and was worried it would be stinky, musty, "nerdy", but the design of the lounge was great. Everything was clean, the aesthetics were perfect, and the hardware was great. The first hour was free, and when the time we paid for was about to expire at like 11:45 the manager told us he added time so we could play 'til 12:00. Definitely recommend!
