La Sucriere in Saint Martin is a delightful café offering a cozy atmosphere and a wide variety of baked goods. We visited several times during our stay and consistently enjoyed delicious breakfasts. The bagel with salmon is a must-try, but you can't go wrong with any of their fresh croissants, baguettes, or pastries. Great spot! I had a cheese and ham croissant and it was perfect. Everything behind the glass looked amazing, wish I could try it all. I enjoyed a nice coffee and breakfast out on the back patio with a great view of the lagoon and enjoyed some local iguanas who joined me. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly! Free wifi and clean facilities.

The Passionfruit Mango Tropical Cheesecake is amazing! It was slow during the late afternoon but will be busy during the mornings. The cashier was very nice and they took Visa. There’s a sitting area in the back and a small parking lot in front. If you don’t want it to be busy come in the later Half of the afternoon

This is the best bakery yet on the island. Great selection of pastries, croissants and sandwiches. We got regular and almond croissants, ham and cheese croissants and a croque monsieur. All were fresh and the croissants nice and flaky with a good buttery flavor. There’s a nice seating area out back in the water that overlooks the marina area. The establishment was clean and orderly. Staff was friendly and courteous. Prices were good.

Great spot for good quality, reasonably priced baked goods. The line can get long (out the door) so I’d avoid peak times. The back patio is nice, but there was quite a bit of noisy construction going on while we were there.
