Pizza and Pasta choices were lack luster.
Caesar salad had overcooked bacon and cheap defrosted chicken cubes.

Excellent crust, sauce and topping. They really have nailed the pizza. Proper Italian gelato for dessert, which I can highly recommend! Corona restrictions include ordering from an app using a QR-code, and you may only order alcohol if you order food.
This restaurant is one of the few that is open late in Trysil so it will be crowded late despite average service and food. The restaurant is part of the hotel lobby. So it's very open and at times loud. No cozy atmosphere. The food is served very fast, and is good enough, but nothing special. The waiters are nice but not paying much attention. Most of them just hang out in the bar talking to each other while a few are actually working hard. So you might have to wave your hand extensively to get any service.
Went for the Cesar salad. Did not want the dressing. Asked for olive oil and balsamico. Olive oil? In a bottle? Nae. Some oily stuff instead, not green, not aromatic, ZERO taste on a sushi sauce tiny plate, for crying out loud. DON'T call yourself Italian without EXTRA VIRGIN COLD PRESSED OLIVE OIL. On the plus side the balsamico was good hence one star. Moreover this was a Child size portion. Smaller than small for that 180+ price. Diavola for my partner. Roadside pizza stalls in Skövde last night tasted better for half the price and double the size. What an Absolute waste of time, taste buds, and money.
