this place is a joke. two people in a cafe and you wait for coffee 25min. epic fail. 5 employees stand behind the counter and just chat among themselves. lattes are not lattes. score less than 1

The food is actually pretty tasty and of good quality. However, I ordered twice through the site ThuisBezorgd and i put a note about the ingredients to leave out and they don't read it. The first time the food was delivered wrong and then I contacted them and they delivered a new one in a kind of good amount of time. The second time I did the same order and put a note on the ingredients and one in the general notes for them to check the other notes. After 1 hour that my order didn't came I called to know where it was... and it just left from their shop. I asked if they read the notes and they didn't so they called back the delivery guy. The burger came after 15 minutes with some of the ingredients still on, also a sauce that couldn't be removed so this says they didn't do it again but just took off some ingredients but it was definetely what was asked. It is such a pity since the food it's good to lose customers on these things. Also the personal wasn't too happy to help.
