When I received my order my food was delivered cold,I have always received my order in a classic Kruchy Chicken box, but instead I received my order in a cardboard food basket Stuffed in a brown paper bag..Considering the fact that I spent almost $35 dollars on my order including a tip,I was expecting for it to be a lot better.
