This place has potential. However the male who takes your order did not acknowledge my and I. We had to repeat the order several times. He was too busy on his phone. This person needs to be written up or fired. They were not busy at all. The male who brought our food to us was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. The food cost too much and the bad customer service just compounds the experience. Wont be back. Avoid until the customer service is improved at minimum. UPDATE: Owner responded to review. just happened to stumble upon this hidden gem and I’m oh so happy I did! my food was delicious and there was plenty leftover and I have a hearty appetite! will be frequenting this location on the regular 👍🏾👍🏾 oh, and if you’re looking for a great place outside picnic take your meal and a blanket to Reynolda Gardens located north Reynolda Rd only a few miles from Kotta. Teriyaki chicken and shrimp was good. The service was top shelf. I liked the recommendations of the cook for the cheese steak spring rolls.

Ordered for the first time and honestly, it wasn't the best. While the food had TONS of flavor, they only gave me a very small portion of chicken (I ordered teriyaki chicken with fried rice and vegetables). Literally maybe a couple of pieces. Also, I called BEFORE I placed the order online to inquire about additional sauces that were offered on the menu. She explained to me that each meal comes with it's own white sauce and you have the option of choosing an additional sauce. However, when the food arrived, there was only ONE white sauce for 2 meals. Very disappointing.

Ate here for the first time. Asked for my hibachi steak without mushrooms, confirmed I asked for no mushrooms and there was still mushrooms mixed in. Asked if the ginger dressing for the salad was the same or different than the ginger sauce for the hibachi, was told it was different, as the dressing is usually creamier but I received 2 of the same sauces, so nothing for the salad I paid extra for. As I was leaving I noticed my bag only had 2 boxes and they remembered my Philly cheese steak rolls sitting by the fryer, should have just left them there..they had absolutely no filling and they were both burnt. The lady who bagged them even said out loud “these are over done” then processed to bag them and hand them to me. And this is why I don’t try new places. I’ll stick with consistency. Prices were decent, sauces were good too but the food was mediocre at best and the service was slow, barely acknowledged me and messed up the order (mushrooms and burnt rolls). No thank you. Got takeout here and had the vegetarian hibachi fried rice. Veggies and rice were tasty, especially with the ginger sauce! Good sized portion, one meal that you could potentially stretch into two if you weren't super hungry. I'd go again!

The food is good, but they hardly give you any meat. I got like six pieces of chicken. If it’s due to inflation, I would rather they charge me more and give me the same amount of meat as they used to do.
