Smallish King Soopers but friendly, helpful staff. Have a Starbucks in store. Limited hour deli, bakery, meat & and seafood and pharmacies.
I was shopping at the Gunbarrel King Soopers last Saturday evening. I was tired and not at my sharpest and two young men went out of their way to be helpful to me. One was Ben, who helped me take my items to my car. The other name started with a Z - possibly Zane? As an older adult, I'm so grateful when an employee helps me out while treating me with respect. Thank you!

Make sure to check milk for spoilage BEFORE you leave the store. Consistent quality issues with multiple brands of milk that are sour before getting home. Clearly some serious storage/stocking issues with this store’s dairy.
Shoped yesterday at Gunbarrel location, go to cook today 24hours later. Onions are rotten on the inside, garlic no good, hamburger smells foul. Whats going on King soopers? You havnt been shy about raising prices and blameing inflation. Now your selling spoiled food at premium prices. Corporate pigery as usual

Sub par service. Lots of young people working who are impolite, ignore you while they’re busy screwing around, and don’t care how they bag your groceries. King Soopers as a whole doesn’t seem to have a concept of customer service either as I’ve been trying to get an issue with my rewards resolved for over a month and have been blown off multiple times.

We really enjoy our local King Soopers. Very friendly and engaging staff. They also keep the place really clean and well stocked.

The store is clean most employees are very nice, but one employee at the deli I believe needs more sensitivity training
Steve, the Pharmacist, was extremely helpful with my equipment issues! He gave valuable information n demonstrated how to use each piece. I know how slammed the Pharmacy is; however, he took the time to assist me. I appreciate Steve for all his guidance n assistance! Thank you.

Hot deli often seems very minimal. Always come around 5, 6 ish and they are "getting ready to drop" so waiting 20 minutes for my hots is the norm...shouldnt hot deli be ready for a dinner rush??
Consistently out of stock of many items. Workers’morale low and seem despondent. Unsanitary stench of rot emanating from back room/dumpster. Dried blood and dusty shelves.
