I cannot say enough good things about King David Coffee Roasters. I have been looking for local roaster for some time as I was tired of getting stale coffee from other sources. I emailed with Adam, discussed my preferences and he made some very solid recommendations. My pour overs have NEVER tasted so good. I’m on my third order of testing different kinds and they’ve all been great!. Prices for this quality are very reasonable, shipping is quick, and they run great specials. To top it off, customer service is top notch!

They will work with you to provide a custom order or roast, whatever your needs may be. I also love that they are a small family owned and operated business. I can't wait to see what products they may roll out next!

I've recently embraced a move away from filter coffee to a more 'prosumer' setup with my Gaggia Classic Pro and Baratza grinder. I bought all the required accessories for a great shot, but was missing the most important part - the coffee!
I searched for local roasters, as I wanted to move on from my coffee subscription of many years that sent me different coffees each month. With Espresso the dial in on grind is critical. I needed a consistent bean supply. With King David Coffee I feel I've found it!
Here's my experience:
- Ordered their 'new customer' deal - free postage!
- The next day (!) I received 2x bags of 16oz dark roast ('espresso') beans!
- Dial them in, grind, tamp, perfect shot!
- Lovely sweet crema is produced; a giveaway tell of 'good' beans.
- Couple of days later I saw a credit on my purchase giving me a 20% refund! Turns out there was a deal I was unaware of. Merchant processed the deal even though it was my mistake not applying it. Amazing.
I've just ordered 4x more bags of beans. I'm going to be using King David for as long as I live in the US (few more years!).
I can't recommend them enough!

I acquired a complimentary lb of medium roast coffee from the YouTuber, Carolyn’s RV Life. She had King David Coffee Roasters send me the coffee. She has endorsed their coffee and know I certainly would like to as well. I NEVER drink a second cup of coffee back to back in the mornings. But, as I tried this coffee for my first time, I had to go back for a second cup. The coffee has no bitter flavor. It is smooth, creamy and tasty. I am going to check in to signing up for a monthly delivery because the coffee is so good. I highly recommend this to my friends, family and anyone who reads this review. I usually have a cup of coffee in the evenings I am looking forward to my next cup of hot java. Job well done. Support small businesses!
After reading all the reviews and driving by the sign frequently, I decided to stop by King David and am really glad I did. Sam the owner was very friendly, knowledge and after speaking with him I landed on a pound of Celebes Kalossi. Brewed in my Chemex this is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. The smell is incredible. Just velvety smooth beans roasted to perfection. I can’t wait to order more.

I know a great cup of coffee, when I taste it, and King David coffee is so delicious! I've been meaning to order some beans from Sam (owner of King David), and now I'm sorry I waited, while continuing to say "this is the last time I buy mass produced coffee beans!" I love that there are several choices of coffee, and that I can choose beans or ground. I'm gifting some King David coffee to my kids, and one has a coffee grinder, while the other does not. No problem. Carefully curated, small batch roasted, and carefully packaged delicious coffee - need I say more?
